“It is hard to find a good local hardware store that hires local people in todays world. Well let me tell you that the Norton Ace Hardware store is just that. The people are friendly they want to help you if you need it. The store is like the old fashion hardware store of yesteryear. They have just about everything. If they don't have it in stock then they can usually get the same day or the next day( depending on shipping). The store is clean well stocked and they always have new displays in place. I personally love this store .I highly recommend this store.”

“What a great store! I felt like I had been brought back to when I was a kid, and my dad would take me with him to the local hardware store. They seem to have everything that I could ever want. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The items around the register turned out to be a tribute to the days of the impulse buy. There was so much stuff that I never knew that I needed! “I like Harbor Freight Tools because of their selection and prices. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but on this particular visit, I spent a lot of time in misdirection! Two different employees gave me two different answers as to where the tool that i wanted, was located. Both of them were wrong. But as I was leaving, a third employee asked if he could help me and I told him that the store was obviously out of the hand-held propane heater I needed, so no thank you. Incredibly, he went straight to the location and handed me the heater!! As more employees are better trained, my score will improve back to 5 stars. I will certainly continue to shop at Harbor Freight Tools.”

“If I can't find what I was looking for I go to Ace. I needed a new grill and the one that I wanted was not in the store. I spoke with Luke and explained that I really would like to see it in person before I buy it. One was ordered and assembled for me to view. I loved it! The new Char-Broil gas/charcoal grill. Not only was it put together for me, he delivered it and hauled away my old grill. Luke was superior in every way. Your lucky to have him!”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. “We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”

“This Home Depot is right off the highway, very easy to get in/out. The parking lot is large.We went to check for some seeds since my husband has a vegetable garden and some of the plants and vegetable need to be planted indoors before moving them to the outdoor garden.Lots of nice choices of vegetables, herbs and plants.The garden center is a place where you can get grass, flowers, herbs, seeds, fertilizer, pots, etc. One thing that we like to get at the garden center are indoor plants which help to purify the air. Some indoor house plants are better for air purifying than other indoor plants, the staff here is very good about giving you recommendations. Snake plants have spiky, glossy leaves that extend into the air. They make great indoor plants since they soak up lots of sunshine and don't need a lot of watering. The store also carries fiddle leaf figs, which feature large, wavy leaves.We have also gotten succulent plants here, which are a great choice for people who don't want to spend a lot of time caring for their indoor plants. Nice friendly staff.”

“I was wondering around the store as usual, looking for a toilet tank plug. A young man by the name of Devon went out of his way to ask me if he could help me find anything. He knew exactly where the part I needed was without looking at his phone, while helping me an older gentleman also needed so assistance politelty explained he would be with him in just a moment. Well mannered and very helpful! There's another associate here by the name of jeremy blood, he helped me some months ago with my flooring. I'm a contractor, I've been to every homedepot in bristol county and this is by far my favorite location.”
“Fairly close handicapped parking, automatic entrances and exits. Friendly and helpful staff of varying ages. Innumerable things to look at and beautiful gardening area with plenty of choices of plants. On the opposite end of the store is the lumber area with its own pick up area. Everything in between the 2 ends of store with one whole aisle full of cleaning and sanitizing products. Large open restroom at front of store. They even have some great t-shirts ! Appliances, carpeting, tools, lights, lawn mowers, lots of paints and colors to choose from, magazines.... have a good time!”

“This place is great. The prices are consistently lower than Homedepot and they offer much more selection. You can get just about any PVC trim here and all the correct fasteners. A&R sells many high quality items that are not available at the box stores and they have the knowledge to guide you towards the correct products for your job. I have bought everything from Unilock pavers, wire mesh for concrete, rebar, stain grade interior window casing, cedar clapboard siding without finger joints, stainless nails, Schlage door knobs, granite mailbox post and property markers, charcoal metal siding I used on my ceiling in my garage, grass seed , wood pellets for my pellet stove etc. A&R can get many species of wood and rough sawn wood. I have also bought railroad ties and landscape timbers to hold crane parts off the ground for long periods. I cannot think of another place to buy railroad ties. I am looking forward to coming here many years to come for all my future projects!”
