“I can’t remember if I’ve already reviewed this company, but I don’t think I have recently. I first used Harrison Appliance over 15 years ago, when they were willing to deliver a washer and dryer up a very treacherous and narrow staircase when others weren’t. I’ve purchased three appliances from them in the past few years, and they have been exceptional. When you talk to Peter, he knows all the makes and models, and he will steer you away from a product if he doesn’t feel good about it. He knows where everything is manufactured and what specific issues some brand and models tend to have. He won’t try to upsell you. His delivery team always shows up on time, and they have been very professional. We recently had a dishwasher delivered and the appliance tech noticed a small dent in the door. They let us use it as is while we waited for a replacement door. I appreciate that they’re willing to work with your schedule and show up on time. Also, if you’re having any trouble with an appliance you bought from them, Peter will send someone over. You won’t get that from a big box store.”

In the 2nd & 3rd visits (the 3rd just being to make the purchase), there was an especially great associate who assisted me with some questions and who proactively offered help. I got an incredible deal on a beautiful fridge.I also paid for the delivery service and had a really excellent experience with the delivery team. They were on time, were careful in moving the fridge, did not complain at all about needing to remove the 4 door fronts in order to get it inside my home, and efficiently put it all back together & installed the handles. Stoves seem to be more limited & there’s especially very few dishwashers.”
