“Tino's did a great job repainting our home and fixing exterior moldings and trim. They were punctual, detail-oriented, on budget and left a clean worksite behind when completed. The house looks great and we have received a lot of compliments, both on how it looks but also from people who regularly walk our street and saw their daily work/process.”

“I went into Richmond Hardware today to find some mechanical bolts and nuts to replace the broken ones on my collapsible camping chair. I was met by the manager/owner(?) who paged an employee to assist me in selecting the proper length and width of the bolts and nuts. Matt examined the broken piece and selected a proper replacement bolt for each of the broken pieces. I thought that I would be spending my afternoon with pliers and a wrench. But to my surprise, Matt attached the bolts and tightened the nuts. I definitely recommend Richmond Hardware for their courteous employees and expert service. Thank you.”
“Ace is a hardware store. It has tools, paint, silverware, snacks, lawnmowers, weedwackers etc. It is pretty cheap and has alot of different supplies. After buying something you can get a balloon. It is pretty good and it has nice staff”
“Danny is the kind of dude you meet who always has a pocket knife when you have to cut a shoelace and a cold beverage for an adult and a child. If you need toilet paper, wing nuts, or Red Bull and maybe some tampons please go to Danny’s hardware because Danny will hook you up and if he doesn’t have it, he will get it. I would trust Daniel to watch my children while my wife and my girlfriend and I all go to the movies together. And you better believe we buy our snacks from the hardware store.”

“I love how vintage the store is. The floor is the same floor that was installed hundred years ago. The only thing that's new is the staff in there each time will present more helpful than the last. I get all my paint there. It's a little bit more money for the Benjamin Moore, but it's my Neighbourhood. This is my store and I love it. They answer every question they know all of our paint eggshell Ross everything but it makes it so much easier. I have gotten locks I have bought garbage barrels.
The store is very deep so many aisles it's confusing and it looks like a small store , but it really has pretty big.”

“There is a man by the name of Kaya employed here and, let me tell you, he will offer you the most stellar service you will ever experience. It is almost transcendent, akin to the sublime. I am almost tempted to become religious after my experience with Kaya, as he is nothing less than God's gift to the world. “Absolutely exceptional experience at Model Ace Hardware, and a huge part of that was because of Gabe. He genuinely has some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever encountered at any hardware store. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind from start to finish. We came in needing help with several odd jobs and random projects, and Gabe took the time to listen to everything we needed and made sure we left with the right solutions.
What really stood out was his attitude. He never made us feel rushed or like any question was too small. He treated us like our projects actually mattered and went above and beyond to help. That kind of customer service is increasingly rare, and Gabe is a tremendous asset to this store.
Management should seriously consider promoting him. Employees like Gabe are exactly what keep customers coming back.”
“Perfect experience overall! There are 4 Stihl dealers within twenty miles of me none of which had the saw I needed in stock. They all said they could order what I needed but it would be more than a week before I could take delivery. I wanted to purchase from a small business if possible and In my search found Milton Village Hardware online , they had the saw I needed so after seeing they have been in business since 1918 decided to buy from them. Purchase made Tuesday afternoon and I was using the saw Friday afternoon on our farm in Tennessee! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and plan to buy my next saw from Milton Village Hardware .”

“Super responsive company. After others tried to investigate, Anthony was the one who identified my heat pump's rare problem by spending all day investigating and calling the manufacturer. Then Josh went above and beyond to help me understand my options and how to navigate the difficult and expensive decision on new systems. I trusted him completely, he was in and out of my home several times, he was extremely responsive, and very collegial. He is obviously dedicated to his job. It's always the people that you interface with that make a company, and I am extremely appreciative of Josh and the team. Later Chris and the install team spent all day putting in my new system. Thank you team.”

“I had such a great experience at this store today. I went in to buy bolt cutters because I had accidentally put a padlock on backwards, rendering it unable to be unlocked. The gentleman managing the store could have easily sold me the bolt cutters, but instead helped me problem solve and ended up cutting down the key so I was able to successfully unlock the padlock. He was incredibly helpful and generous- I am very grateful!”
“Since we lived in Firestone Park in the 90s, I almost always go to this Ace Hardware. But about a year ago when I needed some screws that would go into concrete, I was in the Falls and stopped into Menards "to save time". The customer service representative was eager please but had zero knowledge about what I was asking or where to find that type of screw. We wasted at least 20 minutes.So I left straight from there and came to Ace hardware in Firestone Park, and they knew exactly what I needed and suggested a drill bit that ended up being perfect for my needs.They have always been highly knowledgeable, helpful, and the prices are great.Don't waste your time anywhere else ?”

Plumbing consultant in this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Figured out how to do what I needed, found all the pieces and I was able to complete the job. Thank you!”
“A store that knows what they are doing. Going here for now on since my Home Depot nightmares. Too many kids working there or more like staff acting like kids playing on phones and ignoring customers. I have not see that happen at any Harbor Freight store at least when I have been there.”
