“These are the people to hire for your move! I first worked with them last year when I moved out of my studio apartment in Newton. They were really responsive, and had the most competitive rate out of all the other companies I had contacted. They arrived right on time with two guys, who did a great job of packing everything up. I hadn't yet packed up my kitchen, and they were able to do that for me! It really took the stress out of the moving process. Additionally, I ended up having some extra things at a friend's place that I wanted to add to my storage - they were super accomodating and were able to add it to my existing storage with just a few emails - even though I was already in a different country. I recommended them to a friend, who also said these were the best movers she had ever hired in her life - as a lone woman, she felt very safe alone with these movers (which is both huge and rare!). I couldn't recommend them more!”

“This is the second time Ive used Oscars. They showed up on time, they moved fast and carefully to wrap my furniture, they were careful with loading my property on the truck, and they handled 3 flights of stairs like a champion with all my stuff. All for quite a reasonable overall price. They even managed to put back together a bed that some other movers had crack/screwed up so badly I thought it was basically a loss. I learned my ****** from those other crappy movers that cracked my bed frame and gouged my walls and floors. If I ever have to move again, Im calling Oscars. ”
“My family trusted Michael's for 2 moves in the past 12 months. One from Boston to Harfford, and one locally in central MA. Both times, the crews were fantastic. Great hard-working guys, that also handled everything carefully, to ensure nothing was broken or damaged. Their rates were super competitive, and the customer service & professionalism from Bryan at the office was absolutely amazing! Some of the best I've ever received from any company. I would highly recommend Michaels to anyone.”

“The facility is clean, has relatively easy accessibility and has long hours. The issues are, 1. Expensive. Effective May 1, 2024 the rental costs are rising AGAIN. This makes a medium size unit, 10' x 10', a 57% increase in less than two years., 2. The owner tacks on a $0.50/month fee to support his pet charity. It's a minor amount but why should renters pay for his charity contributions?, 3. Renters occasionally parking the four spaces directly in front of the main doors to the building then leave their vehicles and trucks for extended time periods, sometimes for over one hour, when they are moving items around in their rental units. They do not move their vehicles after unloading them into nearby spaces to free up the loading/unloading area., 4. Last year the firefighting system failed. The Town of Needham/Needham Fire Dept. restricted access to the facility to only during office hours. This eliminated access to storage units during the weekends. It also increased risk to the renters. No discounts were offered during the months when this occurred.”
“I seriously hate moving, but Road Warriors were awesome. I've hired several movers in the past and Josh and team were easily the best. They were professional, efficient, responsive when quoting and prepping, and finally just super nice people. On top of that, they were like spot on with their quote. We hired them to pack and load and the number of hours was spot on. I feel like every other time I've moved the quote was like half of what it turned out to be. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius.2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales).3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way.4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run.5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. And we learn from these experiences and make ourselves even better.”

Liviu, the owner, was very responsive and emailed the quote within an hour of speaking. Their prices were competitive. We scheduled the job on the same day. He also was easy to reach when I had follow-up questions or needed to make adjustments.Liviu and his team did an incredible job packing and moving our 12-years worth of stuff out of a 3rd floor apartment with a narrow staircase in East Boston to the North Shore. It required a great deal of strategic thinking, patience and skills. They were not only fast, efficient and reliable, but also calm, courteous and professional, which I greatly appreciated!
