“I had originally wanted a Jeep Wrangler but unfortunately there weren't any available when I arrived. The two employees who were sitting in the pick-up booth did their very best to give me a satisfactory replacement and the whole ordeal was quick and smooth. Furthermore, when I arrived back on Sunday to drop the car off, the one employee (I believe his name was Marco?) was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my whole experience with the Sixt Boston Team was incredible and my rental was well worth the money.
I will be using Sixt from now on in the future!”

“We had a great experience renting a car through Counterdex. The entire process was very smooth and easy. The staff member who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The car we received was in excellent condition, and we really appreciated the service. Our deposit was also returned without any issues.
I also appreciated that the representative did not try to unnecessarily sell us additional products or services we did not need. The experience felt honest and customer-focused.
During our rental, we did have an issue with one of the tires. Two or three days after picking up the car, the tire started losing air. Even after refilling it, the problem continued. I contacted customer service, and they directed us to the nearest Pep Boys. After inspection, Pep Boys informed us that the tire was worn and needed to be replaced rather than repaired.
Although dealing with a tire replacement during our road trip cost us about four hours of our time, I appreciated how smoothly the issue was handled and that it was resolved properly.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Counterdex for their professionalism, helpful service, and customer care.”

“Lauren, the Mgr at the Broadway Saugus, MA location was truly amazing. I arrived to pick up my car only to find out they had ZERO inventory. The website allowed me to reserve a mid size SUV, and i received a confirmation of the reservation. I was stranded. As I was looking up other options, it kept coming back to this location to book another. She was the only person there. The phone was ringing off the hook, people in and out. It was bad. After things settled down a little bit she told me she had a no show for a full size sedan. I told her I would take it. She also allow me to borrow a C charging block of her own, which i returned upon turn in. This is true customer service, that unfortunately has been lacking in our country for a long time. THANK YOU , Lauren. You helped me so much to be able to get around to visit other family in town for a family wedding. You are a great human, indeed!
