“I came in with some questions most adults should know. I walked in anxious as always, but then was happily greeted by Alisha who put me right at ease with the bubbly professional vibe. She allowed me to ask questions, get answers and also gave me some helpful tips!! Alisha made it so I didn’t cry in the car after that interaction. You ever get so stressed you just shed 5 tears in the car and then scream sing some Adele for a verse or two? That’s happened to me at the Dedham location 8 years ago. Anyways, thank you for having Alisha there when I needed help from my local US Post Office hero.

“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”

“They do not print they only accept qr code even if you have shipping label downloaded as I have to go to library and print shipping label and things are always expensive as everywhere in Ma, well good experience just drop you pakage by packaging yourself and do not for get to have qr code of your label”

“I went to Mansfield post office for a 12:30 appointment to get passports for me and my family, something went wrong and they didn't have my appointment in the book, but Donna took us anyways, we have never had passports before so it was a bit of a struggle, we needed pics as well, Donna was very helpful, very patient, very professional! This was a very positive experience for me and my family! Highly recommend this post office , especially if Donna is working!”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
“This morning while eating breakfast outside in Denham Square, I witnessed a patron parked, blocking a driveway as well as parked very close to a Postal Service van , when the Postal Service Worker told the rude gentleman that wasn’t a parking zone the guy was very rude to the work yelling . When I was walking to car i stopped the worker Joe and shared with him he wasn’t wrong and good job handling the situation.. I did try to call postal center but received no answer… Joe thank you for sticking up for what’s right..”

I am always happy to do business with Amelia and John. They are 2 amazing workers. Have a welcoming smile and quickly help me with all my postal needs and yes there are often many types. Never get annoyed with all the different requests I make and always happy to assist me in any way. Going above and beyond for me and every other patron I see while in the post office.
