“Very reliable local USPS postal office. They are polite and knowledgeable about the products and shipping process. Parking can be hard sometimes, just park at the Walpole public parking and then walk.”
“We feel very fortunate to live in a town with this outstanding USPS team. They (Ed is the only one we know by name) always handle our mails and packages with care. On rainy days, they would always secure packages that don't fit in our mailbox in a plastic bag. “USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”

Package was missing for less that 24 hours. Also they gave my daughter activity sheets to keep her entertained while we waited. All my other experiences here have been great as well.”

“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
“I noticed a lot of the people leaving low reviews haven't actually gone to the office themselves and met with someone to get help first. The two times I have needed to do this, they were super friendly and helpful. It was refreshing! I highly recommend that anyone having an issue or concern to visit the office and meet with these kind and hardworking people!”

“I used to live in Dedham and a package was getting sent to my old address. I stupidly apparently never filled out an address change form so I hoped it would still get delivered. On the day it said "out for delivery" it ended up getting scanned as "forwarded" then a few hours later "delivered" and a few minutes later "forwarded" again. I called usps customer service (~20 min wait around 3PM on a Thursday) and they couldn't see where it was getting sent. I was told they'll put in a request to the Dedham post office itself for more information and I'd get a call in 48-72 hours/whenever they get to it. The next morning it was scanned as "forwarded" again but then I got a call around 10:30 am the same day. The guy was super nice and confirmed there wasn't an address change form on file for me but they'll try to find the package in the back. Lucky for me the guy was able to grab it from the pile of mail slowly being scanned as return to sender! Not only that he was able to hold the package for me to actually come pick it up. The employee was super nice, patient and understanding.”
“Unable to deliver pkg due to gaining entry confusion, so I called local office, within minutes my package arrived. Gentleman on the phone was pleasant, driver was extremely sweet, and everything worked out very quickly. Couldn't be happy with this local USPS.”

“I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind.”
