Mattress Firm we had a return in process, and when we went to the store and explain the situation, he walked us through the entire process, made it so easy, made it so simple for us.
Then he showed us around to mattresses that would meet our needs, and he did not rush us out the door, he spent all the time with us answering every question we had, and giving us his knowledge on the product. He made our shopping experience, absolutely wonderful, I wish you could hire more of this person because he should be the one everybody sees walking through the door at Mattress Firm very professional, very knowledgeable and I am very grateful that you hired him.

“Moved into my new apartment on Elm St in Worcester a little over a month ago and had my furniture for my daughter's bedroom set delivered. Delivery gentlemen were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help get my daughter's bedroom set in her room and all set up! mommy with 2 babies 2 years old and under so the gentlemen ensured everything was taking care of upon deliver. Delivery was on time as scheduled, fast and efficient! Highly recommend bobs and delivery service as the gentlemen delivering the furniture were more than extremely helpful. This mommy of 4 greatly appreciates bobs delivery service and workers! Special Thanks to the 2 Gentlemen who did my Delivery to Elm St. in Worcester back on October 8 thank you both and thank you Bobs furniture for you great service and workers!”

“What a delightful spot! Here you may find high-quality items at affordable prices. Even compared to those online retailers, they can offer lower delivery costs. The antiques, framed pictures/prints, and furnishings were all in good condition. The dining set I purchased was perfect for my needs. Have some faith in this local company! “As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”
“I can’t even begin to tell you how great the whole experience dealing with Skips was. While doing my homework I reached out by phone and was greeted very warmly. I was not just given the answers to my questions but was given a lot of pertinent information that I would need if I decided to purchase a shed from them.
When I was ready to purchase I went out to the Sutton location where I met Don Greenwood. Don helped me spec out a shed and let me walk around and look at what they had in stock. It was evident that these small buildings were built very well. I left there with a bunch of printed information and a quote for what I wanted. There was not one ounce of pressure to get me to buy.
After a few weeks and a visit to my town to make sure I could even put this in my yard. I called Don. I was able to change a few details to suit what I wanted and got an immediate adjusted price and ordered the shed. Don set clear expectations and the shed came in on time.
I then met Chris, the person who delivered and installed the shed. Again, it was evident that he cared deeply about what he was doing and had to perform a little magic to get the shed where it was to go.
It is not often where you are met with such a professional and competent staff from start to finish. These guys were exceptional. At the end of the day. The shed itself beat my exceptions and I could not wait to write this review.
I have probably only written 5 reviews in my entire life.

“Went in with a budget of $250, looking for a chair that would support my back well. John was super friendly, let me (a single individual) try out chairs in the showroom (with a call to set up an appointment), and used his extensive knowledge of ergonomics and chairs to suggest which chair would be best. I ended up with a Herman Miller chair for $250, which is a phenomenal value, the best value in used office supply places around. Highly recommend you seek John for your office supply needs, whether an individual or business. Note that he only takes cash, check, or PayPal - no credit cards!”

Sebastian was the first person who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me to get a great deal on the couch I chose. Delivery was fast, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything fit through my doorway, even with the tight space and tricky angles.
I also want to highlight Joe, the general manager, who assisted me today. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful while processing my return. He made everything simple and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how understanding he was.
