“I lived at Third Square for 5 years. The price is expensive but the facilities are great, especially the courtyard area - it was a beautiful escape from the city. Without a doubt though, what made my five years at Third Square feel like home was the team who truly take care of their residents (Stephen, Tommy, Kyle, Maria, Junior and many more). “Found a great 1 level apartment at Taylor Pond for our Mother. In the 8 years of residence there she was very pleased with living accommodations, pleasant surroundings and location to several services including Lahey hospital, etc. The staff at Taylor Pond in the leasing office were always accommodating in treating her like she was the only resident with stellar service. Whenever there was maintenance to be done in the apartment the maintenance people were always there promptly and had whatever needed fixing done in a timely manner including any emergency services. Added to the service provided our family became acquainted with the great staff in the leasing office, in particular Arthur. Always warm and friendly to Mom and our family-helpful in every way. We cannot Thank You enough for looking after whatever she needed. She enjoyed living at Taylor Pond in every way. We will definitely recommend Village Taylor Pond for anyone in need.”

“It’s a clean apt building, it has an old feeing, but many units are renovated. It’s more or less quiet, but still you’d hear the neighbors upstairs walking or dropping something heavy on the floor from time to time.Gym definitely needs to be updated.The on-site team is great, and they did a nice job taking care of us. “Recently moved in here and was extremely pleased with the amenities and services. All the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Dedicated package room, mail room, luxury gym, pool, and club suite. The rooftop is nice even though it isn't on the top floor -- still provides great views of Chinatown and the South End.

I want to give a shoutout to Jose from maintenance who came by and fixed all my maintenance issues when moving in. He was kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He was the third maintenance person to come check an issue with my central AC and was the only one who successfully fixed the issue. I cannot speak more highly of him.”

“Being homeless is hard on you so when I arrived with my wagon full of stuff I left everything in the lobby near the security guard. I checked in with lesha and we talked for a little while to discuss what apartment I was interested in. After we talked for a while I gave her my mass ID and she gave me the information for the apartment that I was going to look at. One of the tenants in the building helped me figure out how to use the elevator and when I got to the apartment on the 13th floor I couldn't figure out how to open the door so I went back and talked to lesha again. She helped me figure out how to open the door and then I went and checked out this beautiful beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 13th floor. I don't necessarily like the refrigerator but it's uniquely different. The apartment was not made for handicapped individual but it was nice just the same had plenty of room plenty of closet space and there's so many possibilities of how you can decorate this one bedroom apartment. There's enough space across from the kitchen to put a little dining table and some chairs and then close to the window would be your living room so you'd be able to set up your flat screen TV a table a sofa whatever you want then in the bedroom it's big enough for like single bed or full size bed and you still have plenty of space for all the essentials you need you know trash can dresser whatever. They include with the apartment the refrigerator and a microwave and they have a washer and dryer stacked on top of each other when you first come in the door to the apartment. It also includes a dishwasher and a very unique looking oven and stove combination. The only thing I noticed was that the oven and stove are like handicap accessible. The stove is one of those electric cooktop ranges and then underneath is a small standard oven. I don't plan on cooking too much for the holidays in this place it's just not big enough to put in a 10 lb turkey and make all the pies the cakes and the stuffing and big macaroni and cheese that I normally make. I don't like being up high I prefer being down low when it comes to these high rise apartments but this was a very nice place. I enjoyed help everything looked and I enjoyed talking with the security guard and lesha. Thank you for the beautiful experience.”

“We recently moved out of our apartment at Riverbend as we bought our first home together, and it was truly bittersweet deciding to move out! While we are both very excited to own a house that’s ours and begin this new chapter of our lives, we will forever have such fond memories of Riverbend on the Charles and had an absolutely amazing experience with living there. Our apartment at Riverbend was the first place we lived together and having met during the pandemic, we moved in February 2021. From the tour to the move-in, we had very positive experiences with all the staff we interacted with and they made us feel really comfortable throughout the move-in process even during COVID-19 times.

Once we were moved in, we felt right at home. For over 3 years, we loved our warm and welcoming apartment (a large 2 bedroom-2 bathroom unit with a fireplace + balcony overlooking the Charles River). Unlike some other reviewers, we had no issues with noise whatsoever. We loved that we always had peace and quiet in living here, both from the neighbors and the hallways. Sound really didn’t travel into our apartment ever. Our apartment itself was just gorgeous, so sizable (also with barely any dead space in the layout unlike some apartment buildings we initially toured seem to have), and the next tenants will be so lucky to have such an amazing space like we enjoyed for those 3 years!

The building itself is also a really enjoyable space with great amenities - we spent a ton of time using the pool + hot tub and the bbq grills during summer months. The staff is wonderful - huge shoutout to Nicole who was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our move-out process. We actually wish we would’ve met Nicole sooner before our moving out all happened as she is incredibly nice and friendly! She has all the residents’ best interests at heart, and it shows. We truly have nothing bad to say about Riverbend on the Charles. No apartment complex is perfect, but Riverbend sure is close to perfect and it was really a dream for both of us to rent in such a beautiful apartment complex, apartment unit, + location before owning our home. Thank you to Riverbend for all the wonderful memories!”

“We have been homeowners for almost 30 years now and when we moved to Waltham for a job opportunity, we decided to try living right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and public transit. The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.”

I feel like living in Vacation spot like 12 months a year My neighbors very nice intelligent, elegant people.. intelligent workers @ management all incredibly good always helpful. “University Park - 91 Sidney is an amazing place to call home. We have been staying here for many years and love the location, building and the amenities. The management office staff are very helpful and responsive. Specifically, Joseph A from the management team has been extremely great to work with and very accommodating of our requests. “I have been living at Market Street Apartments for three years. When I moved in I didn’t know what to expect because I never lived in an apartment complex. I soon found out it was a great place to live. It is very secure and people are extremely pleasant. Maintenance is great, they are right there when you need them. Office personal is wonderful. They are very accommodating, pleasant and very personable. I made the right choice when I moved here. Lisa and Rachel are great.”

“I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience in general. I hope everyone can find a place that suits them the best.

1. Maintenance: Bruce and his team have consistently done an excellent job. They are always responsive, and most maintenance requests are resolved within 36 hours.

2. Location: The location is fantastic, whether you have a car or not. Within walking distance, you'll find a bakery, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, Chinese food, and a Japanese ramen spot. There’s also a Stop & Shop and Super 88 Market nearby for groceries. Of course, the subway station is just around the corner.

3. Parking: There are both covered and uncovered parking options available. There may also be public parking nearby, which could be cheaper, though I’m not sure about the specifics.

4. Pets: The building is pet-friendly, which is great if you're a pet owner.

5. Noise: The noise level depends heavily on your neighbors. The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors aren't respectful of quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), it can be disruptive. Unfortunately, my neighbor hasn't always followed the community rules, which has been a bit frustrating.”

“We have really enjoyed living at Jack Flats for the last three years. The amenities, the apartment itself and the location make this place ideal. Maintenance response is phenomenal. Always fast to help and very friendly.”

“Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.”

“I have been very pleased with living here thus far. The first thing I will mention that really sets this place apart is the staff. They are real standout gems, from the leasing office (Kaity, Ted, Brent, and Jordan) to the maintenance team (shoutout to Chris). Everyone’s level of professionalism is impressive and refreshing. They are so good at updating/communicating with residents via email about things in advance which is much appreciated. I feel they go out of their way to address any concerns and make residents feel comfortable living here to the best of their ability. It also feels like fellow residents are friendly and share a level of mutual respect.

The gym, outdoor grills, composting option, bike racks, whirlpool appliances, nearby walking/running trails, nearby alewife station, convenient parking, and package lockers are great.

Regarding previous comments, I want to mention that the fire alarms have decreased significantly (haven’t heard one in a few weeks now), which tells me that management is adequately addressing the underlying issue.

Overall, I think that Windsor is a lovely place to call home.”
