“We are lucky to stay at many Four Seasons properties but I have to say this location is going to be hard to top. The overall ambiance, decor, service and attention to detail is exactly what you expect from the Four Seasons and more. The location can not be topped, we walked everywhere, enjoyed the gardens, china town and exquisite shopping on Newberry Street. 12/10 recommend!”

GOOD JOB to whomever thought up that idea. We were there on business but wanted to explore and the staff was so gracious in giving great advice as to where and how we should to venture out. We took heir advice and the day went well!”

“From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, every employee we came in contact with was amazing! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable (beds and pillows super comfy!). The location can’t be beat for a trip to Boston and even though you’re in the city, the sound machine provided helped cut down on outside noise and was a helpful addition to the room. I will definitely book again the next time I’m visiting!”

“Perfect location for exploring Downtown Boston. And it’s so convenient to the commuter rail and the orange line. Yesterday we went to Rockport, which is about an hour train ride. Absolutely beautiful, quaint town. And scenes from several movies were filmed there, ie The Proposal and the newly released Widows Bay.”

They offer various amenities, including a gym, an indoor pool, and a coffee shop located inside the hotel. I highly recommend visiting this hotel; you will not be disappointed. PS. “Outstanding two week stay. Christina and Dareleen literally make you feel like family. They are so kind and customer service oriented. Don't be fooled by the underwhelming lobby--the rooms are large and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Heads up that the drive into and out of Boston during high traffic times can take almost 2 hours. We were in naïve thinking that it would take less; but that's on us. Great, safe place to stay with a lot of shopping in the surrounding area”

“We had a wonderful experience at Envision Hotel Boston. The customer service was excellent, with friendly, attentive, and responsive staff throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room, which gave our child some extra space to move around and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to walking and running routes, as well as nearby convenience stores for those late-night snack runs. Also, it is approximately a 15-minute drive to and from the airport. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Envision Hotel Boston to anyone traveling to the Boston area. Thanks!”

“The Jane Austen Tea at Endicott House in May 2026 was even better than the March 2025 event. The food quality improvement was obvious immediately: fresher bread, a much more varied and thoughtfully curated sandwich selection, and several standout savory items—the cucumber & watercress, coronation chicken, turkey & walnut finger sandwiches, and even delightful egg sandwiches. Olivia’s return as Jane Austen was wonderful; she’s a convincing and charming performer who adds enormously to the experience (and actually plays the harp beautifully). I also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality touches this year, like being able to help yourself to lemonade, water, or iced tea in addition to the hot tea service—it made the afternoon feel especially welcoming and relaxed. One of the loveliest aspects is that many guests fully embrace the spirit of the event by dressing in Regency attire, which adds to the fun and makes the whole experience feel delightfully immersive.”

“Don't let the "bath down the hall" scare you away! They were always clean, they are a private bathroom shower/sink/toilet with locking doors, they were usually unoccupied, and not far from any of the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing area with everything you need close by! Not far from the trains or busses either. We will definitely stay here again! The bed was super comfortable as well. My only small complaint is that other patrons weren't courteous of others when going back and forth to their rooms, they were obnoxiously loud. Overall 5/5, everyone at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to requests.Rooms: Clean and comfortable, not too big and not too small.Walkability: Multiple restaurants and stores close by, also close to trains and busses.”

Then, because I didn’t stop for his fake little show of power he started POUNDING on my car like a kid having a meltdown. Imagine risking getting hit just to prove you have authority you DON’T HAVE. The ego: HUGE The power: ZERO The common sense: MISSING Sir, you park cars. That’s it. You’re not a cop. You’re not in charge of traffic. Although Holland America made many missteps On this cruise, the one thing they did right was book me into this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. And not only that, the staff is fantastic. Every single member of the hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. All the way down to the security guards. John Paul, the concierge, was the best one i've ever had the pleasure i've working with in connection with getting information on available activities and restaurants and events. This hotel is on my A number 1 list. If you're ever in Boston, you need to book yourself into this fabulous hotel.”
