“Bought two home systems from Aaron at Safe & Sound a few years ago. Both systems are amazing. Every time guests come over they are super impressed with the sound quality. One is a surround sound and the other standard stereo. The surround sound has so many play modes like "Super Stadium" that sounds just like being in an arena. Both systems have incredibly clear sound, even when turned way up. (Both systems are capable of rupturing ear drums with crystal clear music...LOL) Needless to say, I'm very happy. In terms of customer service, this place can't be beat. I did have an issue with a high-end subwoofer (I damaged it myself). I fully expected to be on my own but not the case! Safe & Sound helped me through the warranty process and fully resolved...no questions asked. These guys rock! I would recommend these people to anyone! But once she remembered she was on point and sold us a HD Glass protector and a phone case. She was really nice and the man there was helpful too. “Rented a high lumen projector, large projection screen, speakers, and microphone/PA system from ATC for our annual company meeting. We had planned for an outdoor venue since we didn't know if covid protocols would still be in place. They were extremely helpful and everything was very easy to setup/breakdown. “Had a tech problem whereas my phone was not able to receive incoming calls. The person that tried to help couldn't figure out what was causing it. He got everyone working involved to try to resolve the problem! They spent alot of time trying to resolve and came to the conclusion I needed to get a professional tech involved. They said call 611 on my phone and although I had a wait time even though I had the option of a call back. I had to wait as my phone blocked the call from processing. Not one but several team members got involved and the problem was finally resolved.Exceptional dedication by all involved!My phone problem was resolved.Thanks to everyone from T-Mobile's multiple staffs members who got involved.”

They are always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a nice layout with a decent selection and inventory, the store maintains a clean environment and the merchandise is displayed neatly on the shelves/ hangars. The sales are definitely an added bonus along with the red card discount. The Target app is easy to use. I enjoy shopping here and am able to find just about everything my family needs.”
