“I was very impressed with the customer service! Shortly after I arrived to get a new phone, the woman helping me had to leave unexpectedly. The other team member, James, came over to help and mentioned he was supposed to be leaving soon for his daughter’s first birthday party. He called a manager to check to see if someone was coming to relieve him and was told they would be there shortly. Then, an elderly man came in and was having a hard time with his phone and understanding how things worked on it. James stayed calm and was very pleasant and helpful to the man, offering assistance with multiple things (how to sign into email, how to recover a password, explaining WiFi vs data). His relief didn’t show up until over a half hour later. I felt really bad for him, as a fellow parent, I understood the urgency for wanting to get to his daughter’s party. When his relief arrived, instead of leaving right away, he stayed to make sure everything was closed out with my order and phone transfer, even though I told him he should go and let the other team member help me finish up. I kept thinking how impressive it was that he never once showed that he was frustrated or upset about being late to his daughters party, and that he was so very pleasant under such a stressful situation. Hats off to James! Absolutely amazing customer service all around!”

Priya's store offers flexible hours so it's easy to drop by the store before or after work. My Mom and I really appreciate the step by step guidance provided by Priya and her staff to set up our new phones. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much better with Priya's invaluable help. We first went to Priya five years ago and we will definitely be returning to Priya's store for any future Verizon needs.”

“My wife is a victim of identity theft. Her phone was hacked and her personal info was gone. Canceling the service was necessary for us to start over. We had terrible customer service with every rep we spoke to. Terrible!!
I drove over 100 miles to this branch. The associate Pavan took the time to discuss our situation and he stepped up and took control. This man is what real customer service should always be. Thank you Pavan?. You are a kind soul”

“I went to this store with two issues on different phones, I tried for two hours to turn up brightness as it was so dark could not see where adjustment was. The tech Ivan found it in two seconds. Other issue was my other phone was being taken over by pop ups. I've been trying to figure it out for over a month and Ivan in a matter of five min, no .more.... This employee was extremely knowledgeable as well as very pleasent person. I went in frustrated and ticked off went out laughing. Phone working as it did when I first got it. Great asset to buisness”

“We came in on 1/4/26 to get my sister a new phone. I believe the person who helped us was Hector. We had time constraints and he went out of his way to not only make sure we got great customer service, but also got us out of there pretty quickly. I was impressed. Everything was explained quickly but effectively, he helped her stick within a certain budget, and didn’t pressure any decisions or extra add ons for the plan. I hope I got his name correct. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was extremely pleased with how this trip went.”

I cannot give enough stars to the T-Mobile store in Hadley MA. My former phone company had a bit of a meltdown with a system upgrade, and I was without cell service for many days.
I came to the T-Mobile store and they scooped me right up and supported me with every step with the process of transferring my phone over to their service. Every single person I interacted with was so kind, patient, and knowledgable and treated me like a human, not like a transaction. They truly went out of their way to help me, and it was some of the best customer service I have ever received! I am leaving with a new I-Phone 16, and all kinds of bells and whistles, (and am paying a little less than I was with my former company).
I highly recommend T-Mobile, and this store in particular. Special shoutout to Chaz, who has been our warm, friendly guiding light through this process, and also Desire, Christian and Vinnie for the help and encouragement you offered as well.”

“I love this 7-11. All the people who work there are very friendly. I'm hoping the owners will see this though. Check the cameras from around 7:15-7:20 tonight (4/26). I feel like a free ticket came out with my Keno ticket and the clerk didn't give it to me. I don't want the ticket, but hopefully I was seeing things. I should've said something, but I just expected to see the extra ticket when I went through them in the car. Thanks! I'll remove this once you see it.”
