“My repair technician Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I am giving the 5 stars because of him. The Sears AI system is terrible, however. Sometimes it will call you anywhere from 3-5 times to confirm the same information over and over. It also tried to have me reschedule my appointment even though this wasn’t necessary, thankfully I was able to communicate with the technician directly to confirm I was still on his route. Sears really needs to fix this AI or hire a human staff in its place.”
“Love kohl's but the employees were lacking. One lady reaked of cigarettes and b.o. and the cashier stood and talked while I was waiting and when she finally called me over she wasn't very friendly.”

“Honestly, I find everything I may need for the perfect price. From jewlery to shoe wear. If I need something such as makeup and jewlery I tend to go here and get some things. A place to go easily over budget but extremely worth it; the amount of things you tend to get. The store is organized and clean. It's not a mess and your able to find everything easier and by category. Makeup selections have so much to choose from, as well as amazing perfumes that smell delicious and last long. The hair products are affordable and have left my hair healthier than ever.”

“This is kind of a one of a kind store. Their inventory changes as periodically the products sell out and are never replaced. I purchased some well known high quality cookware for a very low price. My wife finds designer quality clothing. Not sure if it's made specifically to sell at a lower price/quality point.”

“This is truly a story about a heroine, Yesenia, who is a team lead at Walmart in Northampton, MA. Having worked in the corporate world, I believe her example may be unparalleled when it comes to taking ownership of a problematic situation and doing it with grace….over the course of hours…literally hours to help an 81 year old guy (I accompanied him) who was sold an approximate $1200 phone, paid in full, by an individual working for a third party vendor at Walmart. The gentleman owned a flip phone and he didn’t even know how to use text messages yet the most upscale smart phone was sold to him.
Yesenia initially called multiple people at a carrier involved (had nothing to do with Walmart) and for nearly three and a half hours was met with roadblock after road block. Unable to resolve the situation, Yesenia was finally told that the gentleman should go to a store where the carrier operated.
We then went to the carrier store but were rebuffed again when we were told that they were a franchise and that the corporate store in a nearby town could handle it. However, again we were met with no resolution since the corporate representative, after an initial call to someone with the carrier, couldn’t find a resolution. Finally, the corporate representative of the carrier said he could not help.
We then went back to the Northampton Walmart and Yesenia once again took the reins and began calling a few folks, including the carrier involved, who finally had a solution so the 81year old majorly distraught gentleman could get his 1200 dollars back. It took Yessenia another one hour and thirty five minutes to make it a reality. And Yesenia did this knowing she was supposed to get off her shift a long, long time ago. In total, this was a six hour and forty five minute ordeal. Repeatedly, the elderly gentlemen, who was exhausted, wanted to simply give up.
All that I can say is Yes to Yesenia!! She is the epitome of a selfless employee who too often goes unrecognized. If you are in Walmart and see her, say hi and thank her for a job well done.
I know the Store Manager appreciated Yesenia’s effort. And I hope the Chairman and President of Walmart are forwarded this review!!

“I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the woman working in the Beauty Department (makeup and fragrance)on Monday around 11:00 a.m. My daughter only remembers that her name may have started with the letter “T.” She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made our visit so special. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and patience in big department stores, so it really stood out. Great job on this hire, JCPenney! I will definitely be coming back—and maybe even for a little mommy makeover next time! If there’s any way to find out her name, I’d love to know so I can come back when she’s there.

“This was the first time I went to TJ Maxx last week and I will say this is one of the nicest well organized cleanest store I have ever seen and I've been to other TJ Maxx before and this is by far the nicest one I've ever been in so I go a lot of respect and props to all the employees and management that keeps the store, nice and neat and organized even the bathrooms and I hope it stays that way because the Burlington next-door is disgusting everything's all over the floor all over the place nothing's we're supposed to be in the racks. It's just not a good place to go. You can't even manage your carriage through the aisles because your stuff all over the floor whether it be the shoe area the HomeGoods area there's picture frames all over the floor shoes all over I was disgusted and I just wanted to be fast. But again very nice door I want to spend more time here, but I had to get going good job”

“I’ve been going to Young for a few years, she is really, really good. If you have never been to the salon before I recommend making an appointment with her. She is a master stylist there, so the highest level. She is super friendly and she also educated to you if you’re curious about that kind of thing… She always happily answers any questions I have. I have never had a stylist that I returned to until I found young. I am in my early 30s if that’s important to you

“Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)”
