“The store is clean, and I enjoy their store fried haddock and cod.
The store made meals are delicious too, especially the raviolis.
I wanted to add, I tried the store made veggie lo mein and egg roll ready meal. Delicious!
I will include the cashiers, people in the store have consistently been polite and helpful!”
“They have great food and drinks and whatever else you need for the family or a party! No alcoholic drinks here! It's usually very crowded most of the time! But if you go in later on in the evening it's not as bad! Otherwise parking is a hit or a miss ! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other grocery stores in the area!”

“This store is absolutely one of the cleanest grocery store! I mainly drop in for the freshly made soups and chili/especially the chili. The selections for ready made dinners are fantastic with a large variety to chose. I never do a complete shop there because it's out of my price range. But the chili and soups are Mmmm! and I never had a bad ready made meal. So Thank you cleaning staff and the entire work force...you folks are on the ball?”
“I had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.”
“Great little local spot. They have everything you need in a pinch. Obviously, you're not doing your grocery shopping here, but if you need something quick, whether it's a prepared meal, deli meats, marinated meats to cook for an emergency family gathering (speaking from experience) beer, etc. they have you covered.”
“Not a big 'supermarket', but they have the essentials. They have some really good meat & deli products such as marinated meats, deli meats & cheeses, a nice selection of greeting cards, some local merchandise, etc. They also carry a large selection of beer and wines.There's also a full-service Post Office counter in the store, so that's a plus too. It's nice to have a local market, especially one that has a really GREAT owner/operator. Carlos is a very personable and very accommodating local store owner! Just what a small town like Paxton needs.”
“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”
“Tiptop is amazing! It is our go-to store for all of our groceries, every week. The spices and other bulk items are wonderful, the interesting and high-quality local and international fair trade gifts are great for anytime of the year, and we buy all of our holiday gifts and cards there!Sarah provides super personalized service, researching products or supplements she doesn’t have and finding them for us to the best of her ability. Everyone in the store is always so friendly, so it feels like a supportive community, with other customers giving helpful suggestions on all sorts of topics.We especially appreciate all of the hard-to-find specialty items, as we are vegan and gluten-free.We are thrilled that when Sarah finally retires, Tiptop will transition into a food co-op and still be available for the local community in Brookfield and beyond!”

“We left CVS Sturbridge due to disorganization, incompetence, and bad attitudes. Night and day difference. Absolutely love the staff here. They never drop the ball and always super friendly. That goes for all employees store wide. A wonderful place to shop. Can't say enough about this store.”
“Today was an extremely hard day at the office for many of my staff. (local medical office) We called last minute to order some pizzas and explained this to the person at the pizza shop, they spoke with the manager to get approval to take a last minute order. They were able to accommodate us and we are most appreciative! This truly helped our staff moral and I can not thank the staff and management at the pizza shop enough for making an awful day a little more bearable!”

Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.”
“I forgot my wallet with everything, cash, cards, checks and docs in the shopping cart at BJ(Auburn, MA), I didn't notice for a while and trying hard not to panic, I called and described my wallet and they said, yes, is here. So, a huge thank you to Calista(who founded) and Tyler Hobson that gave back to me and didn't accept any cash for it. I made sure to share that in every social media, because what's good need to be shared.”

“Incredible experience at your store today. I went in for a few balloons and hadn’t given any advance notice. The two folks working the morning shift there were able to help me out while still providing great service to anyone else who came to their register. I didn’t get their names but it was a lady with curly hair and a blonde woman with some tattoos. I tried to tip them but they didn’t accept any gratuity. You all made a 5 year old’s birthday today! “Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”
