The store made meals are delicious too, especially the raviolis.
I wanted to add, I tried the store made veggie lo mein and egg roll ready meal. Delicious!
I will include the cashiers, people in the store have consistently been polite and helpful!”

“This store is absolutely one of the cleanest grocery store! I mainly drop in for the freshly made soups and chili/especially the chili. The selections for ready made dinners are fantastic with a large variety to chose. I never do a complete shop there because it's out of my price range. But the chili and soups are Mmmm! and I never had a bad ready made meal. So Thank you cleaning staff and the entire work force...you folks are on the ball?”
“Not a big 'supermarket', but they have the essentials. They have some really good meat & deli products such as marinated meats, deli meats & cheeses, a nice selection of greeting cards, some local merchandise, etc. They also carry a large selection of beer and wines.There's also a full-service Post Office counter in the store, so that's a plus too. It's nice to have a local market, especially one that has a really GREAT owner/operator. Carlos is a very personable and very accommodating local store owner! Just what a small town like Paxton needs.”
“I had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.”

“Tiptop is amazing! It is our go-to store for all of our groceries, every week. The spices and other bulk items are wonderful, the interesting and high-quality local and international fair trade gifts are great for anytime of the year, and we buy all of our holiday gifts and cards there!Sarah provides super personalized service, researching products or supplements she doesn’t have and finding them for us to the best of her ability. Everyone in the store is always so friendly, so it feels like a supportive community, with other customers giving helpful suggestions on all sorts of topics.We especially appreciate all of the hard-to-find specialty items, as we are vegan and gluten-free.We are thrilled that when Sarah finally retires, Tiptop will transition into a food co-op and still be available for the local community in Brookfield and beyond!”
“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”

“Store great and staff are nice. Always helpful. At self check out, can you raise the shelf where you place the scanned items. - similar to how the registers have it? I do a full grocery shopping and often check out in self check.

“The amount of trash and garbage on the grounds around the store behind the parking lot is deplorable. This is the Auburn Massachusetts store and it borders a forest. This is pollution and Bjs should take some responsibility in cleaning up this mess.”

“I frequent this store when in Barre. Lots of cold beverages, plenty of snacks, nice variety! They also sell candy, ice cream treats, hot coffee, slushies, lottery, tobacco & more (even greeting cards!)! ? available inside for customer's convenience. Most staff seem to be pretty pleasant & welcoming. They do have handicapped parking & accept EBT benefits. Parking is somewhat limited, with only a few spots right in front. Handicapped accessible, they do have a ramp at the entrance. Prices are reasonable also. Worth a stop.”
“We left CVS Sturbridge due to disorganization, incompetence, and bad attitudes. Night and day difference. Absolutely love the staff here. They never drop the ball and always super friendly. That goes for all employees store wide. A wonderful place to shop. Can't say enough about this store.”

“The store is nice, and I would say on par with other Walmarts. The self-checkout line was pretty long, but moved more or less faster than I expected it to run. I would recommend staff find a better way for customers with a large quantity of items not to hold up a self-checkout register for an extended period of time. Perhaps, these customers can be routed to a register operated by a worker. Just a suggestion.”
“Incredible experience at your store today. I went in for a few balloons and hadn’t given any advance notice. The two folks working the morning shift there were able to help me out while still providing great service to anyone else who came to their register. I didn’t get their names but it was a lady with curly hair and a blonde woman with some tattoos. I tried to tip them but they didn’t accept any gratuity. You all made a 5 year old’s birthday today! Thank you!”
“Had an appointment last week at 8am. Unfortunately, I arrived to learn that they double booked the appointment. Mistakes happen; i let the other individual go first. Other individual proceeded ballistic on the service advisor Larry and management because the service didn’t begin immediately at 8am. The positive portion of my review is geared towards Larry; he maintained his composure while being berated by a customer. He could have easily lost his cool back (I sure would have). Kudos to Larry for maintaining his professionalism when it would have been easier to not. Hopefully management sees this and acknowledge Larry for how he acted during a trying time.”
“Best place to go shopping. I won't even set foot into a market anymore. Their deli meats are always fresh. They have the best selection of beef, pork and chicken. It's always fresh. Even their ground hamburger is super fresh. I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else.”
