“Today I received the fastest and most professional assistance from both Tamika and Jenny! They carefully listened to my area of concern and quickly identified a solution for me. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes! Lastly, their positive attitudes and customer focused mindset really made me feel taken care of. “I was so glad they opened a branch in Springfield. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love Florence Savings for many reasons, but one of the top perks is they cover the costs of other ATMs if you use your card for a few purchases and online payments each month, which I do anyway. So, if I can't get to a FSB ATM, FSB will reimburse the cost of using a direct one. That is a huge plus to me.”
“I have been with them for a long time and love this banking institution. I had a few glitches at first but they were due to my misunderstanding of how they operate, not their fault. After that , its been nothing but banking bliss :Great loan interest rates, people going out of their way to help me in frustrating situations, always a smile and updates on things that I should know about that will help me. I love this place and anyone who has a bad word to say : I dont doubt that your experience happened. But what I will say is that if in fact it was Freedom's fault.......let us all know your secret on how youve lived your life totally mistake free. It might be the answer to global peace and the Utopian society that we've all dreamed of living in.
