And then there's the customers that bang on the building and pumps. These people don't make enough to deal with the circus that shows up daily. Be kind to the little people.”

“I had the most amazing experience at the Walgreens store in Stoneham (store #3548).Customer service is a lost art at many places, but Joe exemplified putting the customer first. I walked in, he immediately asked if he could help me. I asked for a phone charger, he took me over to a few options and gave me a recommendation based on his knowledge.Since I had to use it, I opened it and found it was damaged. He apologized profusely (didn't have to), took ownership like it was his fault and found another one for me. His care was evident and I felt like the most important customer.I wish all team members were like Joe.”
