“I highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Dedham, MA. I had a significantly damaged iPhone after an accident. I experienced exceptional customer service on multiple visits. I dealt with Nicole on 2 occasions (who was amazing!) and Jeremy on 1 visit- who was also wonderful.
I had to spend some time there while my data transferred and I got to observe the whole store. All of the employees were hard working, engaging and most importantly- very kind to all of the customers. Not all stores offer such a positive experience- I do hope T Mobile compensates their energy and efforts!”

“This was my second favorite Metro pcs to go to to pay my phone or replace broken phones when i lived in the area. No complaints. A few years ago i was short a few dollars when replacing a broken phone and the sales associate paid the difference. Out of pocket.”

I’ve met the friendly team there: Tim, Ash and Melinda and make a point to stop in and say hi whenever I’m passing through the mall, which is almost everyday.”

John was great, really nice and personable. Without asking he dropped the price 10 dollars for me.

Samaya took amazing care of them and addressed each and every one of their concerns, didn't rush them and made sure that all of their questions were thoroughly answered! Truly I have never experienced such exceptional customer service as I was called along the way to make sure everything was done appropriately too. Couldn't recommend highly enough!”

“My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty. “The Abel and Esther were amazing!!! I have no words. They saw that had two plans running at the same time and alerted me of this. Were able to switch it to one and decrease my monthly payments. They also made sure I received a credit for the next month and they gave me a free tablet.
Although I can't get all of the money back from years of being overcharged. I felt satisfied by the customer service I received, the kindness and understanding. They also waive the fee activation for the new phone I originally came to set up They also got all of these changes done without any additional fees. I am so gratefu!!!!
