“I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. I am so grateful for his fast and friendly help! I would recommend this store and especially Temesghen for any of these services here. Thank you so much!! :D”

He was a big assistance when I came in to run some diagnostics and pick up some more equipment. Even though the Geeksquad is overloaded with clients like me attempting to construct their own computers, Jared was kind and patient when he called me to work out some issues with the new PC.
