I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
It’s rare to find customer service this good—James absolutely deserves a raise or at least some extra paid time off. The store is lucky to have him! Highly recommend visiting and asking for James!”

“Excellent store with professional and helpful sales associates! One of the sales associates even went out of her way to help me try to find a sweater I saw in the Prudential location. This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.”

I ever seen I've been shopping for this Store for many years and as well different stores, but I think I'm gonna stick with DSW store since Cindy is has provided a very great customer service. She helped me determine what size my kids are. Since the feet grow every 6 month and she was able to help me find the right shoe for the kids, she was multitasking. while I was trying the kids shoes, she was helping other couples, and she came back to check on me to make sure the shoe workedout ok. She is a big asset to your company. Cindy is a great person who loves taking care of customer and enjoys her job and always smiling.
