“I love this place! Everyone is helpful, patient and kind. Their home project advice has been invaluable. They've even steered me away from buying something when a better solution could be achieved by trying a different approach with what I already had. Three cheers for Aubuchon Hardware in Littleton!”
61 Park Street, Ayer MA 01432
“I've always loved going to this Aubuchon. Not only is it close by, it is also a very pleasant to buy my house project goodies and birdseed. If I need anything they don't carry, they'll find it or recommend where I can look for it. I go there so often I'm mistaken for a worker, and sometimes I can help answer their questions. This one in Ayer is superb!”

“I adore this place and make a point to go here over Home Depot or Lowe’s. The folks here are so helpful and are very education-first so I never feel like I’m being spoken down to. Steve has been so helpful in our project to repaint the walls in our house. His suggestions have helped us transform our space room by room. I will ALWAYS recommend this spot, thank you guys for your hard work!”

“Exceptional!!! My first time shopping at this location and they had everything I needed and a one in a million purchase that bailed me out of being a no show gift item at a one year old boys birthday party. The people are stellar, they must love their jobs as the assisted me to all the isles and exact area for the product and left me alone to find the one appropriate for my needs. We did this 5 times, and on my way to the check out counter I found my childhood favorite candy (Chuckles) so dang fresh, soft, and full of flavor. No exaggeration!!! Highly recommend this Ace it is newer, great vib, and stocked.”

“Picked up a clamp which cost around $2. It seems like there is minimum requirement for credit card (makes sense due to high credit card fees). Checked the car, no cash. They allowed me to take it as I needed the clamp. I will drop the cash later today. Nice guys. You wouldn’t get this level of service in big name stores like home depot”

“Today went in to check out some Polywood Curveback Adirondack chairs for our Fire-pit area. Found it, sat in it and really like it. Went inside to get some help finding more. Nancy the customer service person really went out of her way to help me locate the chairs. Home Depot only had 2 grey available then I would have to order 4 more. It just made sense to just place the order through customer service for all chairs. Nancy stayed with me through the whole order just making sure I got what I wanted. She really made my experience at Home Depot a positive one. Cannot wait for these chairs to come it and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you, Nancy look forward to seeing you again soon.”

“I don’t usually write reviews for big box stores because the experience is usually less than average, and no one is ever helpful. it just feels like a self serve walk in get what you need goto self checkout and leave. However, I have to write a review and shout out to my man Mailik! He should earn employee of the month! I had needed multiple shelves but my truck couldn’t haul them all in a single go. When I came back for the second load the store employee didn’t bring them down like he said he would. Instead of operating a fork lift Mailik just used a regular lift using common sense to solve my problem instead of waiting for a fork lift driver. He got the light duty shelves down to me right away and asked if I needed any further assistance while I was in the store! Class act employee thank you sir for not making me wait 30 minutes and thinking how to solve my problem and go above and beyond! Home Depot may be your current job but you kind sir are going far places in life! Keep up the good work.”

“02/2026: I love Lowe's but I cant deal with the self checkout anymore. I need to find a new place that has peole.. 2025: Always great service and they gave their employees Easter off.. a company that puts family first today over profits is great to see.. keep it up Lowes!!!”
339 Speen Street, Natick MA 01760
“Overall service was excellent. The only complaint we have is billing. The home Depot billing system seems not straightforward, always has glitches. This time is no exception, got an error that the store staff couldn't explain, had to leave a note in the system about the billing issue. We've paid the first portion, and will ask home Depot to correct the billing when pay the second portion. By the way this is not the first time we experienced the billing issues.”

“I was so impressed by attitude and attention of the staff at Hudson on a busy Saturday morning. I'm so used to the complete indifference verging on hostility usually demonstrated by the staff at your main competitors. I will be switching to Lowes as my first choice going forward”
339 Speen Street, Natick MA 01760
“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
