“I think his name is Ron unfortunately I'm terrible at remembering names. Anyway he helped me for over an hour finding me shoes that would fit and not hurt since I have a collapsed ankle. He was extremely knowledgeable patient helpful and kind. He showed me a pair of Brooks running shoes that even he had as well as my orthopedic Dr. I watched him help others as well being extremely attentive to their needs. He helped more than one person at a time. Ron applies immense service and commitment to the store. A couple of weeks later I bought a folding chair that I saw outside and got a new one. The Maynard Outdoor Store has quality items and superb service. The staff that checks you out are extremely helpful patient and kind. I like the atmosphere it's very laid back and rustic. Will definitely return to the store. I thank Ron and the staff for your diligence. Take care and be safe l.”

“Chad from was absolutely a star. I brought my daughter’s broken lacrosse stick and from start to finish he gave me the most utmost professional and prompt attention. He ordered a new head from Maryland, which was delivered quickly, restrung it, and followed up with a call to let me know it was ready! And to top it off, he had it FedEx directly to my daughter at college!! this was such a huge help as she’s in midseason and in dire need for her own stick Just amazing service !!! He’s an asset to your company!!! I can’t recommend Lacrosse Unlimited enough to anyone!!”

“Excellent crew the week of 8/9/21-8/13/21 in Concord, MA for the 6-10 years olds. Extra thanks goes out to Coach Welch for boosting my son's confidence, pushing him, and giving him the extra time. Great age appropriate drills with good progression through the week, all while keeping it fun and the kids engaged. Well run.”

“I love this skate shop! Craig is such a professional. He really knows his craft. My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. Craig got us right in and adjusted her mount perfectly, efficiently and accurately. Her left skate feels so much better now. Thank you so much Craig!! We will be returning to your shop again soon. I highly recommend this place and Craig!”

“Big s/o to the REI Service Center—Frank especially! Cool guy, super easy to talk to, and he definitely reignited my excitement to keep building out my MTB rig. This Framingham location has a solid in-store selection. Normally I’m left relying on online inventory, but here I can actually shop with confidence and see everything firsthand. I’ll definitely be back soon. Appreciate the knowledge, the service, and the vibe. ???”

“Lots of shoes. Not very good on the available sizes. Jenny was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She helped me and my kid out big time. We didn't get shoes from her this round, but we'll be back to get them from her. I wish the company did bonus structures for the people actually doing the work. Kinda sad and a bit selfish of the company as a whole. But Jenny was awesome.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Golf Galaxy in Framingham is top-notch! I came in looking for a rain jacket for my husband and I’m I left with a new club. Jim went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right fit. His advice and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my choice. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was Jim’s outstanding customer service that really stood out. Highly recommend both the store and Jim if you’re looking for golf gear!”

“The gear they make is phenomenal. Extreme comfortable, flexible and water wicking. All the girls that work at the stores are incredibly professional and very friendly. They can be very serious but very kind and to the point I love being a Fabletics customer. Everyone should sign up and try it. You don’t know until you know.#fabletics”
