Very helpful and friendly and fixed my problem with my new phone set up period. Today is November 3rd 2025. I visited Sam at the Sutton. Verizon store, she was extremely helpful and courteous. And professional.I recommend her and this location highly period.

I went to the Verizon store at Galaxy pass because I had a problem with my phone,the girl who took care of me because her manager was busy with another customer spent her time with me and finally fixed my phone. I don't have a high end phone but it didn't matter thank you!!!!
