“Always stocked up on everything... For a convenience store it doesn't get any better. They have plenty of fresh items to choose from for a quick dinner or lunch. Customer service is very good. The people that work there are always very friendly.”

“The young man at the front checkout register at the Swansea, MA, store was so polite and friendly today, he made me smile, and I thought what a nice young man on my way out. These kids are out there; don't give up on them, don't ever give up on them!
He looked at me when he spoke; he didn't mumble when he spoke, and he asked how I was doing and how my day was. He listened and looked at me when I answered. We spoke about the weather, and when I said, have a great day, he said Thank you, you too. Smiling the whole time. No cell phone to be seen anywhere!
Whether he cares about how I'm doing or my day makes no difference to me, the fact that he asked, acknowledged me, looked at me, and listened when I answered made all the difference in the world.
He is not the only young person I find very polite, friendly, and helpful at this CVS; there are a few, and I couldn't be happier when they are there at the front checkout register.
I hope he and the other young adults get to hear/see what I've said here because they deserve to. They make the effort where many, many others do not; they should be aware it does not go unnoticed.
This is also a reflection on the management team at this CVS; great job!
