“This pharmacy wasn't that great a few years ago, as the techs there always seemed mad if you took up too much time and were generally snarky and unwilling to help problem-solve.
THAT IS NOT THE WAY THE CURRENT CREW IS AT ALL
I literally cried tears of joy and gratefulness after an experience I had at this pharmacy last week. My family and I suddenly lost insurance, without warning, a month ago. If I knew it was coming, I would have stocked up on any prescriptions I could before. But here I am paying out-of-pocket for my meds (one being over $140 every two weeks!). I had a few coupon sites recommended to me to take off some of the costs. When we presented the coupon codes the woman behind the desk saw the new price and said "I think I can do better than that", and entered a different code to lower the cost. Than another employee walking by recommended a coupon code that THEY found works great, and she entered it. Apparently the staff keep track of different discount services for different meds to give the customer the lowest price. I was so beyond grateful and couldn't believe the group effort involved! They got my cost to be about 1/3 of the original price!!
I hope this group stays together for a while and anyone in town in a similar situation without insurance should go to CVS for help.”

“Amazing convenience store but the isles are confusing because one isle has candy right you walk past the Dunkin's that's right over there and there is another isle dedicated to the same candy but in king size that is my only complaint other than that this store is amazing”

“Open 24/7, I called when I had no idea what town I was near, coming off the highway and out if gas, the woman helped me with directions how to get here and was cheery at 2am too! Great service!!”
“Love the pharmacy staff and Lisa on the front end. Pharmacy calls to make sure new medications are working; with Lisa up front always greeting customers upon entering the store. Pharmacy much less hectic compared to another one nearby.”

“Good customer service here. This CVS is a very good pharmacy store, but it also is a store that sells an assortment of household items and various groceries. This CVS on Main Street in Gardner MA is open twenty four hours a day, which is quite convenient. The pharmacy team is always busy working hard, to make sure each prescription is filled correctly and if you have a question about your prescription or need help locating an over the counter medicine they will assist you with that. This CVS pharmacy also has a convenient drive- thru, so that can be extremely helpful.”

“This cumbies is the closest gas station to me so I end up going here multiple times a week. It’s clean, great selection, good prices etc. However, my main reason for taking the time to write a review is because of the employees. In as many years as I’ve been going here I have yet to run into a single employee who wasn’t kind, helpful and caring. You can tell they truly care about their customers and providing a great experience for them. I have many examples but I’ll share the most recent. I had gone in a few days ago because I wasn’t feeling great and needed to get some ginger ale and saltines. The cashier noticed my purchase and said “uh oh someone isn’t feeling well!” When I said it was me and briefly explained why I wasn’t feeling good. She said she hoped I felt better and I went on my way. I went back in today and she remembered me and asked if I was feeling better. It might seem like something little, but those are the type of things that make the employees go from providing good customer service to providing exceptional customer service. And that’s only one example. I’ve seen every employee there provide that type of exceptional customer service to all their customers and regulars.”
