The store is tidy and aesthetically pleasing; the fish appear healthy; their tanks are clean and contain appropriate shelters, etc.; and they have a nifty set-up for their frags.Dre, the manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was particularly gratified to see how patient and careful he was when catching the firefish we decided to get.The store’s loyalty program is pretty decent, plus they carry a variety of LRS food blends that our fish enjoy. We’ll definitely stop by when we’re in the area again.”

“I'm a regular at Jabberwock and they're fantastic. There's never been a question they haven't been able to answer, and it's so much fun getting to talk about reptiles or arachnids with the staff. They special-ordered an amblypygid for me and made sure to reach out when it arrived, which felt so special. Small stores like Jabberwock are a rarity in a time of big box stores, and it's such a joy to come in.”
“While I was in Ciao Bow Wow, my dog suffered an emergency with his eye while in store he rubbed his eye and scratched his cornea. He just had eye surgery earlier that day and I came in to purchase a better cone than the one I bought online.Jerry and Annette sprang into action to help out.Helped out with the emergency and also helped fit my dog in a collar and cone and helped me put it on him. “I recently got a puppy and was looking for a store close by that offered healthy food/treats for my pup. They are a one stop shop for me always. I get my pup's dog food here, treats, toys, bandanas, bathing stuff, etc. Lauren the owner is amazing and always so helpful! She always takes the time to help me find what I am looking for and recommend anything she thinks would be beneficial for my pup. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about your animals care. Carrie and Kayla who work there as well are fantastic and always willing to help me find what I need. The best dog store around! Thankful for this hardworking business and these ladies who run it.”

“We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It! We will be back again and again. ”

“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.”

“My dog is a golden retriever (husky-maybe) mix. He is friendly but I have found rocks smarter, all that to say it is hard to wash him at home, harder to actually get him to a groomer. He is either hugging the ground or hopping over fences and guards.The employee showed me how to work everything, and then left me alone ... Which is really nice when it's embarrassing that you don't have a well trained dog. We then went out, got treats and left all for under $70.”
