“I would recommend anyone looking to adopt goes through Lowell Humane Society. The staff member that I worked with directly for the adoption of Luther was Lauren T. I can’t say enough pleasant things about her and how easy she made it to make the choice with my adoption. You can tell that she is a true animal lover and knows what she is doing. I was sent home with paperwork of everything I needed to know along with wet/dry good and his favorite toys, way more than I expected to receive.
Luther is doing so well in my household and warmed up to me right away I still can’t believe I was so lucky to end up with him. I will absolutely be going through LHS for any future additions to my family. Thank you so much for everything you do for the animals.”
“Service Like Nowhere Else: I needed a part for my obsolete Weber grill that belonged to my late father in law. Kevin Button located the obsolete part for me and even explained exactly how to install it properly. Installed right and the grill fires like a champ!
Customer for over 40 years-but Kevin did not know that. He was just doing what they all do there-treating every customer like they are important.
Thank you, O’Connor’s!”
“These folks know their stuff when it comes to residential lawn care / fertilizer.
The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top-notch.”
“There is a wide variety of quality foods for most all animals. If they don't have it, she will order it for you! Very knowledgeable and friendly..I love this store! Yard goods and decorations too.”
“Drove by this place everyday, and never went inside. When I went in today- I was super impressed by the inventory, staff knowledge, prices, etc. Staff helped my 14 week ball python eat again after a hunger strike. Will definitely be coming in here more often.”

“Well put together grooming, self bath, lots of great in-house made treats and cakes, run by super nice and helpful staff.
We have lots of options in NH. However, we gladly make the trip to visit the Barkery for bath and awesome treats for our spoiled doggo!”
“Love this place. They are super knowledgeable and kind. They listen to your concerns with your animals and give the best feedback. Won’t go anywhere else for my pet supplies.”
“Awesome place, we take our bird to get his wings clipped, nails trimmed as well as utilize his boarding services. We pick Coconut up every time happy and very well cared for. Highly recommend!”
“As long as we have a pet I will buy their food at America's Pets. I feel that they are eating good healthy food. The ladies that work there are the best. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.”
“I'm a senior and so is my pup. She is 15 years old and my world. I want her last years to be the best possible, which includes getting her the food that will keep her happy and healthy.
Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.
I highly recommend this store for excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff for excellent service!!”
“This is a great store - tons of pet food, animal supplies, plants, garden accessories, and local goods (like homemade delicious stuff!) The people are friendly and remember your name (and your dog's name - dogs are allowed in!) And they will happily order any item they don't have in stock if you ask. I absolutely love this place and the people working here!”
“Wonderful place with caring staff and a great environment for the puppies. The adoption process was smooth and straightforward. We couldn’t be happier with our new puppy.”
“Had a very positive experience adopting two best friends from this shelter.
The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had and really wanted the best for these guys. Both had excellent vet records and all their vaccines.
I was really impressed with how the dogs were treated here, everyone seemed very happy.”
“Vet tech at checking suggested a package which was better priced than individual shots and included a mini check up. the vet and tech giving the services were friendly and worked efficiently to provide gentle service to my dog who can be nervous and a bit unpredictable. Thanks to their care my dog remained calm and well behaved.”
“Met a darling gecko yesterday, and he/she was soo cute! I like the interaction with your associate, he was very excited asking if I would like to hold her. Keep up the good work!😊🦎”

“We purchased our dog, Tucker, from Fetch-A-Pet. He is sweet, smart, and healthy. We love the breeder that they chose, Tucker is an exceptional dog with many positive traits that don’t align with his breed because of this family style breeder. The staff member was attached to him and all of the puppies were well-socialized and cared for.”

“Pet Supplies Plus is a pet store that has a wide variety of cat and dog foods. They are very helpful if you can not find something.
I love their grooming area .
I always ask for Alisa. They are all professionals, but my Dog loves her. The store has revamped everything. There is a donation bin in the front lobby for PAWS cat shelter. We appreciate all of your donations.”
“The store is clean and well stocked.. plenty of things in the pet section.. vitamins medications and so forth.. pet toys, pet beds etc. Lots of clothing, lawn and garden items.. it's handy.. it's a good store”
“My dog always loves getting dropped off to spend time with the other dogs and staff, and always comes back in a happy mood from there. They always take good care of him.”
“It was our 1st time coming to this PetSmart location on Friday 11/28/25. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful and super friendly. Nice big store , looked clean and really smell . I recently got two new Yorkie Puppies. My puppy was calmer in this location compared to other PetSmart's locations. They did have a large variety of Christmas pet toys and accessorys clothing bandanas and much more. When I'm in the area I'll most definitely check them out . We definitely love shopping at different PetSmart locations , there much cheaper than there competitor company. Thank you , Tyler for your help and being super friendly towards me and my family and helping me out !!”

“I had an EXCELLENT experience with Brenda at the Salem, NH location, who was our pup Leila's dog groomer today. She took her time to ask detailed questions about our dog's coat, preferences, and any sensitivities which shows high level of professionalism and attention to care. The quality of the grooming was outstanding as our dog was returned clean, evenly trimmed, and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely be returning.”
“Big shout out to Noah the manager at the doggy daycare and hotel!!! She is absolutely amazing. My dog loves her. ( maybe more than me) She is patient and kind and she definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to dogs. If you are looking for a place to take your dog, go see Noah at the PetSmart in Chelmsford, she is fantastic!!!”

“Your tanks are incredibly clean. All my saltwater corals and fish are incredibly healthy and thriving! I do wish you had a larger selection of coral and larger colonies…
I have met two staff members in the fish department. Both have been incredibly helpful.”
“My fiancé and I went in today looking to house our first beta since we were young. Daren helped us so much. He spent at least 20 minutes with us answering all our questions and giving us amazing advice to care for the beta we’d picked out. I had so many questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You could tell he not only cared to help but cared about the well being of the beta and that means a lot. I’d done my own research prior but he had experience and gave me so many tips I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The cashier was wonderful too! I didn’t get her name but she was also very helpful. I left blown away by the incredible customer service they provided and I felt confident in my next steps to insure my beta would thrive. Highly recommend this store! Best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store. Darren needs a raise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
