“Service Like Nowhere Else: I needed a part for my obsolete Weber grill that belonged to my late father in law. Kevin Button located the obsolete part for me and even explained exactly how to install it properly. Installed right and the grill fires like a champ!
Customer for over 40 years-but Kevin did not know that. He was just doing what they all do there-treating every customer like they are important.

The people are friendly and remember your name (and your dog's name - dogs are allowed in!) And they will happily order any item they don't have in stock if you ask. “My very sweet, 90 pound hound mix turns into an unhinged gremlin for nail trimmings. We've been kicked out of more than one place (with him on doubled up anti anxiety meds). When I spoke to the owner on the phone she said they've only had one dog in 30 years they couldn't do and I thought my Toby would make it 2.
They took him in the back for less than five minutes and he came out happy and trimmed. Highly recommend.”

“Vet tech at checking suggested a package which was better priced than individual shots and included a mini check up. the vet and tech giving the services were friendly and worked efficiently to provide gentle service to my dog who can be nervous and a bit unpredictable. Thanks to their care my dog remained calm and well behaved.”

“If I could give 10 stars…. I would! When I say to my dog “do you want to go see Karen and get a bubble bath?!” He jumps up and down while running through the house! We have been going to Karen for a while and adore her. I love when I pull into the parking lot, my dog is super excited and runs to Karen! I trust her immensely with him and know she takes great care of him because he’s so happy to be with her. The cashiers are so great, super informative and helpful without being pushy. I don’t work in the area anymore BUT I will always drive back for the best PETCO!! Thanks for making my pup so happy and caring for him with such love.”

I always ask for Alisa. They are all professionals, but my Dog loves her. The store has revamped everything. There is a donation bin in the front lobby for PAWS cat shelter. We appreciate all of your donations.”
“What a wonderful experience?! I met Sandy through a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and invited. These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.”

Owner was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable- I loved that he knew where every single animal and plant came from, and he worked with local breeders. A great place to support your community! “It was our 1st time coming to this PetSmart location on Friday 11/28/25. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful and super friendly. Nice big store , looked clean and really smell . I recently got two new Yorkie Puppies. My puppy was calmer in this location compared to other PetSmart's locations. They did have a large variety of Christmas pet toys and accessorys clothing bandanas and much more. When I'm in the area I'll most definitely check them out . We definitely love shopping at different PetSmart locations , there much cheaper than there competitor company. Thank you , Tyler for your help and being super friendly towards me and my family and helping me out !!”
