“The car was great and with low mileage which I had to request because the first vehicle offered had 56k miles on it. Lastly, I appreciate you washing the car but the windows are dirty and frankly a hazard. While your employees are not busy, maybe they can keep the windows and mirrors clean.”

Not from Boston so I accidently booked the rental at a different location. Go figure. “Took the free airport shuttle to the car rental terminal. Used the automated machines to complete my booking which included inserting my drivers license. Once completed I got a printed ticket/document to take to the car lot. Handed this over and got a choice of cars in my rental range. Car was perfect condition. Upon returning the car signage was perfect and easy change over. Quick walk around the car and off we went.”

“This place here is one of the most friendly and professional businesses I've ever done business with in my adult life, especially considering I'm only 24 years old and have never rented a car until now. Before coming to Enterprise, I was dealing with another rental car company, which, for lack of better terms, was being a real pain in the neck and was giving me a hard time over a miscommunication. Long story short, out of frustration with that experience, I canceled my reservation and felt like my trip was over—until I found Enterprise. My mom had done business with a different Enterprise location in the past, so I didn't know what to expect, especially after my last bad experience with a rental company. I decided to make a last-minute decision days before my trip and reserved my rental with this Enterprise location. Looking back on everything I had to go through to finally book with this location, I have no regrets. I called it a few times before picking up my car, and the staff I spoke with over the phone were always friendly, helpful, and—more importantly—super professional. That professionalism was one of the green flags that encouraged me to proceed with this location. Since I called ahead to ask questions and avoid any confusion on the day of pick up, I am still blown away by how quickly I was able to walk out of Enterprise with a car, and how smooth and painless the process was. The person I worked with during pickup and who answered my questions on the phone was R.J., and I will always remember his name because we share the same name. R.J. was absolutely fantastic—I don't think this 5-star review does him justice. I can't express enough how much I appreciated his courteousness, helpfulness, transparency, and professionalism, which was truly outstanding. I dropped my phone after exiting the sedan and did not know it. 5 minutes later I called Mack Sanchez who sent my driver back to allow me to look in the car to no avail. unbeknownst to me Mack and Arlen Dos Santos began calling my phone and after repeated attempts found my phone which some kind stranger had brought to the Air Canada counter. Then going beyond the call of duty Mack sent Arlen, my driver, back to the airport to find me and let me know where my phone was. He literally scoured the airport to find me. I burst into tears at the commitment of these two amazing employees who found my phone. I am a customer for life of Boston Town Car- they greatly exceeded my expectations!”

“I am required to rent a vehicle for work fairly often. I have the ability to choose where I rent from. I continue to choose this location for several reasons. Each of the agents know me by name. That would make sense since I rent so much right what doesn't make sense is that they know everyone by name. They don't look at you as just another person renting a car they actually take the time to speak with you make sure that the rental meets your needs. They go above and beyond. I have witnessed reps calling around to find specific vehicles for the clients. Truth of the matter is I have another Enterprise less then 1 mile from home and I continue to rent here because of everything the team does. They really go above and beyond to make the client happy and I appreciate that.”
