He listened carefully to my questions about treats for my picky dog and gave me thoughtful suggestions. The treats he recommended were an instant hit and I was so relieved to have finally found something that my dog liked AND wasn't filled it additives. I also appreciated how they are selective about which brands they stock, ensuring they are high quality and have ethical practices. Look forward to shopping here more.

874 Main St, WinchesterMy 14 yr old Staffy has not allowed me to clip his nails in 10 yrs and must be muzzled while I assist the people tending to him. Even people he has known (vets) have difficulty with this powerful and persnickety old dog. I was amazed when Dave, a total stranger now, went through all 4 paws without any growling or struggling. Took less than 3 minutes for Mr. Barstow to do his work with an ease I thought impossible with my dog. Dave is certainly the man ! Thank you so much!

538 Main St, WinchesterWalked in for Sunday dinner without a reservation and was immediately greeted by a friendly face and offered the option for table or counter seating. We enjoyed the Japanese purple sweet potato fries, corn ribs, takoyaki, agedashi tofu, yakitori platter, tonkatsu omurice, super bowl ramen, and matcha pudding with red bean. We requested our dishes to be coursed out, and deliciously enjoyed each plate without feeling the slightest bit rushed.
Our main server was Nick who was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. He shared limited time specials and recommended a great sake to start our evening. The rest of his team were equally attentive and pleasant.
My party and I had a wonderful evening and will surely visit more often with the colder weather upon us. Unbeknownst to the restaurant, we had actually just left another local establishment after being seated by the hostess but completely unattended to for 15 minutes. Nick and his team really turned our night around.
