I had never been to an outlet store so when she said the price, I thought she was kidding. Dark green, on green Chuck 70s for $30.”
“I got my shoes from this very place but there was one flaw about it. My shoe size has to be extra wide or they do not fit. I know many spots don't have extra wide but I recommend you add more extra wide shoes because I saw another pair but all the sizes were too big for me, I would recommend this store for everyone you doesn't need extra wide shoes.”

The service is consistently professional, the staff is consistently friendly, and customer interactions are always handled with care and transparency. After visiting myself, it’s clear that some of the negative comments floating around don’t match the reality of how this place actually operates.
I always prefer judging a business based on my own experience, and mine has been consistently positive. If you’re unsure because of a few questionable reviews, I’d recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself—you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised”

“Went to WHBM for the first time on Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. Went in to see if they had suits for women. The two female staff there were so friendly and helpful even though they were about to close. They helped me try on a variety of suits and I found a set that I love. I was so impressed by their help I’m writing a Google review! Haha. I haven't experienced this kind of care at a retail store in years. I looked online to check out their styles and I will definitely visit this store again to shop for other outfits!”

With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Jess was a great help, very informative, and helpful with the sizing on this particular Birkenstock, seeing they all seem to run a little bit different. “I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”

He spent at least 40–45 minutes making sure I found the right shoe, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure the perfect fit.
