“Great store! Excellent customer service from manager Dennis who is always helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”

“May 2023:4: I could recommend this location. I stopped by this location as a result of needing a few things before I continued on my way. I grabbed a few scratch tickets, a couple of drinks, and some snack food items. The store was fairly clean and orderly upon my arrival. It was a location adjacent to a main street that was easily accessed from two different roads. There was no visible handicap parking in front, but plenty of parking spaces available. The cashier was competent and friendly.”
“Friendly service, cashiers are so nice help me with my money transfer, money order and bill payment. Always get my fresh coffee in the morning and their Roller grill is very tasty specially chicken Taquitos and hot dog. They have nice variety of items.”
“A family friendly variety store with lottery. Usually good customer service and prices do reflect the convenience of items. They even have a slush puppy machine! Reminds me of my childhood and my kids enjoy it too, especially during the summer when playing at Lazzazzarro's park.”

“Probably the only truly 24-hour gas station in the Waltham-Arlington area. The others list themselves as “open 24 hours” but aren’t. And for some reason they’re allowed to do that. This one has a grocery store, coffee store / café, and restroom.”
“This location has been recently renovated and is now a Seasons.It offers new pumps and also has Marylous Coffee inside, which is the first Marylous around this part of MA. Prices tend to be pretty in line with surrounding gas stations. People are always nice inside.”

“This particular location goes out of the way to order stuff for me.. it's awesome!! I also enjoy the discount, as I am disabled, and my elderly Father in law lets us borrow his truck in lieu of an Uber when he can.. it's nice to pay him back when we get the extra discount gas in my email.. it's DEFINITELY appreciated. Your staff is wonderful at this location, always helpful! I see them go out of their way to help other customers as well!! They're conscious help does not go unnoticed!”

“had a great experience with the pharmacy here. i needed a medication transferred and the pharmacists were very kind and had it ready within the day! when i went to pick it up, they were very professional and even helped me find a lower cost prescription, as my insurance did not cover it. very pleased and will return.the hold times are relatively long, unless you call early in the morning. i took a star off because the store itself was very disorganized, and the sections were incorrectly labeled. but 5/5 for the pharmacy”

Cashiers are friendly and though there isn't the biggest or best selection of name-brand food items/household items, they have a great selection of cigars that are well preserved in humidors, not dry or flaky like the ones at most liquor stores.”

“I honestly don't know why this pharmacy has such bad reviews. I've lived in watertown for over a year and I absolutely love this pharmacy. Dealing with any pharmacy in Newton is an absolute nightmare, I absolutely hate having to call them for my prescription. I just wish this pharmacy had a better system for medication ordering and stocking.”
“i was actually surprised people are rating this store so low. i went here a few months ago and it was just fine. the woman was extremely nice, helpful and sweet. it was very quiet, no music, sort of small and confusing lay out. clean, though. no big selection, interesting products make up for it. if you come in here expecting it to be a cumberland farms, its not. but I like this place, it reminds me a bit of my own country.”

“I'm writing specifically about the pharmacy at this Walgreens. Last week I filled a prescription for an antibiotic there. When I took the first one, it was so unbearably bitter that I called my doctor to see if it came in a capsule instead of a pill. They didn't know and told me to call the pharmacy, so I did. The pharmacist answered the phone after a very short hold, looked up the medication, and told me that it came in capsules in a different dosage that I could still take so that the daily mg intake would be the same. My doctor prescribed it for me there, and when the pharmacist told me they didn't have it in stock but another nearby Walgreens did, the Weston St. store arranged for me to get it at the other store AND to apply coupons to the new prescription that I qualified for, which made it much more affordable.I'm so grateful. I don't remember the name of the pharmacist, but I think her name began with a C. She was great.”

“After 3 attempts on trying to solve an issue with a prescription, Pharmacist Huang came through by digging in and finding errors by Carrie, who dropped the ball and failed to call me back when she didn’t get a simple answer and resetting the prescription to “Refill”. So kudos to Huang, and Carrie, get some customer service training.”

“Aside from me standing infront of the restroom and being told no public bathroom in the establishment as a construction worker who works on sites sometime where there is no restroom sucked and that alone took one star away but will credit this place for the homecooked inexpensive meals tha churasco plate is a mush have.”
