“I have been a member of ECU since I was 17. My mom was an employee of the gas company and I opened my first bank account there and kept it open and as my main bank account until now that I am in my forties. I have always had a good experience, and they always make me feel like they care about me as an individual. Most recently I got help with a car loan and it was the easiest most stress-free experience for me when buying a car due to the help from the lovely people at the credit union.”

I was in the Burlington branch and Mercia helped me seamlessly! And even helped me do some things I didn’t know that could be done ! Mercia is truely an Asset to DCU ‼”
“I have used this Credit Union since the 1980's with no complaints. They don't have ATM'S but I can access my money through any Co-op bank. I get a phone call if my purchase trend changes (my husband took one call when I was out Christmas shopping and they laughed when he tried to find out what I'd bought!) Their home & mortgage rates were better than that of big banks, and so are their CD rates now. Great people work there!”

“I needed a cashier's check for my first month's rent payment and Octavia was able to help me understand if I was eligible to get a cashier's check at the Members Plus because my original credit union is a part of the Co-op shared bank program and with my bank I would be able to get a cashier's check at their location.
I arrived at the location and Octavia was nice and ready to help me with the understanding what I needed to fill out and confirming with me multiple times the amount I needed was correct. This was my first time attaining a cashiers check and she was a real help throughout this process.”
“The money management app and perks are really cool!The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there.Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan.These are fundamental, customer service routines. So everyone else giving MITFCU the 1 star for rudeness, I wholly sympathize with them. I will update this review over time as I continue being a member, ESPECIALLY if I continue experiencing rude, customer-UNFRIENDLY behavior. Each encounter is 1 star off.”
