“This is a family owned business. I enjoy coming in even when I don’t need help, and they’re not busy of course. A lot of people are loyal to this store. The employees are valued. I prefer going in person at this location for help instead of talking to a robot or AI voice when I have to get assistance from my cell phone carrier.”
