She spent time with me and also let me know about a new product being offered which I immediately purchased. New phone. “When I switched to Boost Mobile I purchased A Nokia C200, wonderful promotion and amazing phone. I ran into an isssue at work with a coworker accidently activating a lock screen on my device. I headed to the store and Ruby attempted to reset my device and informed me to leave my device that her coworker would be able to fix it for me. I came back the next day and the coworker she mentioned Heidy informed me that the Nokia C200 had an issue were it could not be factory resetted. I was disappointed to hear so I decided to purchase another Phone and went with the Samsung A03, she was able to restore my contacts via my email. She informed me she would contact Nokia due to the 1 year warranty the device brings. Within 2 1/2 weeks I recieved a brand new Nokia Device from the Nokia company that Heidy was able to get in touch with due to the warranty. So thankful for their help in this situation and now I have a back up phone if anything. Recommend comming here they try their best for the customers it is all about patience!!!!”
