She was well educated about the phone & she was very patient with me every knowledgeable about her job and her customers service. Unlikely other T-MOBILE locations. Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. The online ordering system here is also very efficient and quick, and I've gotten packages all prepared and ready to go here within a timely manner of two hours. They have everything from home goods, to groceries, to the latest Apple product. Just bought an Xbox controller today and the staff in the tech aisle were very helpful. Also, the lines during Labor Day are efficient and go quick for Back-to-School shopping, so don't fret! I will be back again and again!”
