They spent a significant amount of time — nearly an hour — actively trying to troubleshoot and clean up the mess AT&T left behind.

Even though the port ultimately couldn’t be completed, I could clearly see the effort:

In the end, I had to make the tough decision to abandon my old number and start fresh — and I chose to do that with T-Mobile, because the experience in this store made that choice easy.

We came in to get my wife a new phone and he walked us through all the current deals and plans. After talking through our options not only did we get a great deal on a new phone but he helped us lower our monthly payments based on how we use our phones and set me up with information on how to switch to Fios for our home internet which I’ve been thinking about doing.
