Knocked off one star because my dog was pawing at his eye recently, and the earliest appointment for him to be seen was 2 weeks after. Because it was his eye, we obviously couldn't wait that long. I was very surprised to hear how booked they were-- when we first came to Heal, we usually got appointments in within the week or days, even. Just something to consider (maybe August is a busy month?) With that said, I would continue with this practice if I were not moving out of state. Dr. Keen and the vet techs had been awesome. The rooms have little couches and exams were done on the floor for my anxious dog. Otis very much appreciated it!

153 Mount Auburn Street, WatertownWonderful Veterinary practice with a caring, honest, brilliant, and hardworking team of vets and techs. Dr. Campbell has cared for my animals for since 1998. I have followed her wherever she goes. Dr. McCarthy is equally as fabulous. Their pricing is better than most other clinics , AND they are great about what is needed and what is not-- they have helped my pets live healthy and happy lives. They also are incredibly caring when it's time to discuss or plan a pets return to the rainbow bridge. I trust them and feel like they have always had the best interest of my animals and family in mind. There aren't enough stars for me to be able to give them!

Cottage St, WatertownAvi is amazing! I recently was out of town for over 3 weeks and hired Avi to take care of my cats (in my apartment). I was nervous about leaving my cats for so long, especially because one of my cats is very shy and nervous and typically hides from pet sitters. However, within a few days, even my shy cat was coming right up to Avi for treats! He sent me adorable pictures and videos every day, which I so appreciated. He was very communicative and helped with things like reconnecting my virtual treat throwing camera and making sure their favorite blankets were always nicely spread across their beds. He is clearly an animal expert and cares deeply about providing great care.
I absolutely recommend hiring Avi for any pet needs. Scheduling was easy, I just called the listed number and we set up the plan, including a visit before I left for instructions.

They take great care of him and they give us the utmost confidence in his care while always available for some friendly advice when we ask. Highly recommend!!!

The bartender and waiters were very friendly - I believe the person who took our order is the owner but that was not clear. Ordered 2-3 small plates to share and split an entree and a desert. Great cocktail menu and selection of wine. Next time will definitely try the chicken or duck. The mushrooms and baby artichokes were 10/10. Looking forward to going back again soon. We sat at the bar that was on a part of the restaurant underneath a greenhosue and it was just a good vibe in the restaurant. Need to check out the train car dining area next time.

Their fixed menu takes all the guesswork out of ordering, starting with fantastic fresh bread and a great salad before bringing out the main star: tender culotte steak topped with that addicting secret sauce and golden, crispy fries. Getting a warm second helping dropped right onto your plate mid-meal is a fantastic touch that makes the price feel like a steal. The atmosphere in the plaza is energetic and comfortable, and the service keeps the flow moving effortlessly from start to finish. Definitely a must-visit in Watertown for a top-tier steak frites fix.
