“Just by simply walking by, the window decor will catch your eye. But, as soon as you step inside, you are greeted warmly, and there is beauty all around you. My personal favorites are the candles, the notecards, and of course the selection of children’s bows. It is the perfect spot for hostess gifts, Christmas gifts, and everything in between. “Fantastic collection of beautiful things! I could have stayed here all day!! MK seals the wonderful energy in the shop! Very helpful and warm, knows her merchandise and artists well and took all the time I needed to learn what I was buying, who made it, where it came from etc., which will forever be a part and f the priced I chose and make them them all the more special to me! And she did all that with multiple customers in the shop. We all got treated like we were the only ones there.
Customer service is becoming a lost art, but you can find it here with MK! I am a sales coach on ho-Trch and I love and appreciate great service. I really have little tolerance these days for anything less. I would have walked out if I hadn’t been greeted and welcomed and invited to browse and ask questions. So many boutiques and shops treat you like you are a bother — there are just too many choices these days. This kind of browsing and shopping is as much about the experience as it is the treasures you choose to take home that will forever remind you of the moment, the visit, the people you met… whatever it is. Stories sell. It’s important and you will find it at Motto! Thank you MK and Motto. I will be back!”

Karen, the owner, will leave you in peace to shop but she will also kindly answer any questions or chat if you want! She works with designers all over the world and has some super cool and interesting clothing in her shop. I think the prices are very reasonable, there is something for everyone even if you’re on a budget. “My last two visits to this specific location were unexpectedly excellent. Both visits, I had some items to return. The first visit, a gentleman helped me navigate the return, and updated my account, on the fly. He was busy helping other associates, but seamlessly, and with a surprising level of upbeat-ness, soldiered on! My second visit, I had returns for both myself and my wife, who was not with me. I was concerned that this would make the process a nightmare. But the woman who helped me, was professional, and knew exactly how to sort out my transaction. She was handing me the receipt and running down what she did with my transactions before I could compute what just happened. She realized I was confused, and broke down the two returns from two different accounts, so I understood how she completed my transactions. I don't know what is going on at this location, but the professionalism and overall quality of customer-first customer service was excellent!”
