“Although I wasn't about to get a phone Justin took great care of me and helped me figure out what to do to fix me account. Hopefully it gets resolved. Brighton location lied basically, Cambridgeside didn't have the phone, not even on display... And Brookline didn't even understand what I was asking for... This was literally my 4th location today and it was in stock then boom. We've been paying for a phone I returned 11 months ago. Crazy. Service was stellar though.”

“The service was execllent! I walked right in and there were people at the door to help you, I didn't even have to do anything ahead of time. I was there for a Apple Watch Ultra 2-- and luckily the only one they had was EXACTLY my specs I wanted! The employees efficiently found what I asked for and I payed within minutes of arrving to the store! The reason I'm giving this fours stars is because the box that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came in was a bit torn up on one side and had Sharpie writing on it; probabbly store policy. But this is because I really cared about the box. But if you don't mind the damage on any box, you'll have an amazing exprience with their great, fast, efficient customer service!”

“Why are all these negative reviews? And when you ask a question to someone in produce. You decide. he then says if you did this you would get more and pay less. or when you say this doesn't make sense to me. Because it is higher than the bigger bag. she said oh boy, someone was a little careless. and put it in the incorrect place. we apologize for that. And the other we eat the back register. She was just go back and check again. I did she corrected it.AND ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BECAUSE THE THINGS THAT USED TO BE OPEN AND EASY TO GRAB AND GO. WHY, DID IT CHANGE.? BECAUSE OF THEFTS! And the series amazing. always very clean. plus the temperature is always perfect. May you should go to Somerville, and just see how radically different it's to Watertown!”

“My local and favorite target so far. 4 stars only because they often run out or are our of stock on items but I believe that's more so due to it being so close to students and the time of year when everyone's moving in. It's always neat and well kept, and I can most certainly find a staff member to ask for assistance any time I visit. Their Aisles are a little out of order compared to others I've visited but it just takes some getting used to as it seems a bit larger than other locations too. They have a second entrance/exit open certain hours of the day that leads out to the mall with self checkout kiosks which can be useful.”

“I have a lot of fond memories in this Target since childhood, and can confirm that shelves are fully stocked 99.9%, and as for that 0.1% you can usually ask and they'll likely have it in inventory. The online ordering system here is also very efficient and quick, and I've gotten packages all prepared and ready to go here within a timely manner of two hours. They have everything from home goods, to groceries, to the latest Apple product. Just bought an Xbox controller today and the staff in the tech aisle were very helpful. Also, the lines during Labor Day are efficient and go quick for Back-to-School shopping, so don't fret! I will be back again and again!”
