“Let me begin by saying that Somerville Computers deserves 5+ Stars for being an excellent Computer Repair Store and Mario, who is the CEO of the place deserves 10+ Stars for being the best "Computer Wizard" in Massachusetts! Mario is also a wonderful, kind and gracious person and I had the good fortune of meeting him last year when I had problems with my Hard drive and was desperate for help. Mario put my fears to rest and fixed the problem and also gave me good advice on the maintenance of my computer. I had a similar problem yesterday and went into the store and received excellent help. Apparently Mario is quite famous locally, as during my cab drive home the Cab Driver informed me that Mario is very well known and respected throughout Somerville for his above average Computer services - So Thank you Mario for being such a Valuable Asset to the City of Somerville!”

“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

“Matt is great!! The other day I plugged the flash drive that holds my wedding videos into my computer & when I went to eject it, it broke into 3 pieces. After doing some research, I reached out to Matt & he had me bring the flash drive by his office. In less than 5 minutes, he was able to fix the flash drive & access the videos that I was so scared I lost. He is extremely kind & professional & I will absolutely use his services in the future!”

“Following mixed experience @ Apple North Park Dallas this was wonderful. North Park Dallas was over scheduled & jam packed the day I picked up my new iPhone 17 Pro Max & Ultra 3 watch. And for some reason they were unable to process trade ins. They were unable to activate new watch on Verizon. Plus they failed to email receipt for accessories I bought. So I schlepped old iPhone 16 & Ultra 2 back home and stopped by Apple Chestnut Hill the following week. Chestnut Hill Store Associate Joey took care of the trades seamlessly. He even helped me return an extra case [Joey found the purchase using my Apple Card.]. While there I dropped my old iMac for secure recycling. In and out in 20 minutes; world-class Apple experience.
