The customer service is great- I wish I got the guys name bc he could multitask AND stay friendly - all while working quickly! I don't live in the area but If I did- this would be my go-to location. “I went in a week ago and it was beyond busy. I overheard salty language, noticed a mountain of boxes waiting for UPS to pick up, a growing line and not enough help. There was one woman standing behind the register, not doing anything. Perhaps she was a trainee? The one woman that was working was doing a fantastic job, quickly juggling multiple transactions, working the computer, the phone, etc. - which was extra amazing considering she had one arm in a sling.

“I recently purchased DSI's print sample promotion for both inkjet and digital silver prints. For the small price I paid I fully expected to receive back quick-and-dirty test prints but what I got was much more. All of the prints are well executed and illustrate the two different processes and my selected papers flawlessly. The prints could, if I chose, be framed and hung today without apology.
I've been a large format photographer working in black and white for longer than I care to admit, and have spent hundreds of hours in many darkrooms. I'm not easily impressed, but DSI impressed me with their service, communication, craftsmanship and prints.

We wanted a hand-drawn image on the back and a logo on the front that we had designed ourselves. The order was done two weeks before agreed on date, and when I came to pick them up, somebody brought them down to my car and helped load them in. I had a code on my phone and just came in with the package, they scanned the code on my phone, gave me a receipt, and even a coupon for discounted services! “Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”
