“I went to Needham Bank and opened a Cd. I heard great words about the rate. I meet with Eri. She opened the Cd and offered me the checking account that had no fee. That was amazing for the debit card that I can use even when I travel outside pf the country for free. Employees there are great. They greet me and offered me a coffee. Before leaving I met with the manager. Both provided an exceptional customer service to me.”
