After quickly checking out the condition of the apartment, they went straight into the work -- wrapped everything up very carefully and efficiently. He really went above and beyond in helping me to solve a variety of logistical problems as I moved from one space into another one. He is very professional, competent, and efficient, while also being very likeable and kind. Thank you, Victor!-----Just to clarify for anyone considering long-term storage with ExtraSpace: I was moving out of my old space into a new one (with slightly larger dimensions) ONLY because my rent had been increased from $80 per month to nearly $300 per month, the latest increase having been so shockingly large that it frankly made me feel as though I was being viewed by "corporate" as an ATM machine. I consider that to be extremely poor treatment of long-term (in my case, more than ten years), loyal customers. Usually companies treat customers better, not worse, the longer they do business with them. So I am not at all happy with the anonymous cast of characters hiding behind the label "corporate".”

“Mozart movers were reliable and made everything super easy! Most other companies wanted to do a virtual or in person walk through but with Mozart I did everything online and with pictures! They called the day before to confirm and the movers showed up exactly on time. They were careful, courteous and fast! I would use them again for sure!”

The gentleman in the office was super helpful and removed the mattress right away so I could start using my unit. He also pointed me to an entrance that was much closer to my unit, making bringing stuff in much easier.”

“This is the second time Ive used Oscars. They showed up on time, they moved fast and carefully to wrap my furniture, they were careful with loading my property on the truck, and they handled 3 flights of stairs like a champion with all my stuff. All for quite a reasonable overall price. They even managed to put back together a bed that some other movers had crack/screwed up so badly I thought it was basically a loss. I learned my ****** from those other crappy movers that cracked my bed frame and gouged my walls and floors. If I ever have to move again, Im calling Oscars. ”

“These are the people to hire for your move! I first worked with them last year when I moved out of my studio apartment in Newton. They were really responsive, and had the most competitive rate out of all the other companies I had contacted. They arrived right on time with two guys, who did a great job of packing everything up. I hadn't yet packed up my kitchen, and they were able to do that for me! It really took the stress out of the moving process. Additionally, I ended up having some extra things at a friend's place that I wanted to add to my storage - they were super accomodating and were able to add it to my existing storage with just a few emails - even though I was already in a different country. I recommended them to a friend, who also said these were the best movers she had ever hired in her life - as a lone woman, she felt very safe alone with these movers (which is both huge and rare!). I couldn't recommend them more!”
