“Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.”
“The delivery team was great. They provided excellent service and went through the invoice to verify all the products were included in the delivery. They pointed out where the box was torn to confirm the product wasn’t damaged. They also arrived earlier then expected, and a text was sent timely informing of their arrival.”

“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”
“I brought a document to Copacabana for International shipment via FedEx. The agent was very pleasant and went out of his way to be helpful. He made sure to format the address correctly for the FedEx interface, and going so far as to search on Google to clarify an ambiguity.”

“Parking in the area is difficult, but dropping off returns was straightforward. It was empty when I went. There are machines for you to handle pickups and returns on your own, but there is also a worker there to help/if your return is too big for the drop box. I didn't use the machines, so I can't speak to them, but the worker was friendly.”

“The West Roxbury post office is one of my favorites, I make the drive from Jamaica Plain, it's worth it. Friendly staff, I never feel rushed and all the times I've been here there hasn't been much of a wait if any! They usually have 3 people at the desk at any given time, they have functioning pens at the counter (not all locations do). Parking is easy to find on the street and there is a parking lot behind the post office.”
