They helped me find sneakers that are already helping my heel. They also were so kind in dealing with my three extra energetic children. We left a toy behind (I wasn't aware at the time) and I got a phone call, after they had closed, to let me know that they had the toy and set it aside for us. It was one of the nicest things a business has ever done. I could not recommend a business more.”

“I’ve honestly never experienced better customer service anywhere, ever. My family and I have been loyal Red Wing customers in Shrewsbury for years — my dad and I both swear by their boots. I was in a pinch trying to find my dad the perfect birthday gift and couldn’t think of anything until I realized his boots (which he loves) had gotten soaked and were due for replacement.

“My favorite place for serious running and foot apparel. I've shopped here before but I felt bad for showing up 30 min before closing but I knew I would be quick. I was immediately greeted by the 3 employees there. The young man that helped me asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. New running shoes. I'm getting back into running. He explained the process. He was so knowledgeable about everything, which was surprising because he was very young. They check how you walk, they have you step onto a scanner they have that measures your body weight and locations of pressure. All to assist them with finding you the right shoes for you. He came back with boxes of all sorts. He explained the dynamics of every shoe, what it's known for, etc. Not one person was in a rush to close the store. I tried on a few pairs, they even offered to have shoes shipped to the store or my home if they didn't have them there. I decided on the ones I wanted. They were not overly priced, I had expected to pay more for my experience because that's what you get at Marathon Sports, a very thorough and helpful experience. It gives me confidence that I will be comfortable in my new shoes. Other retailers should learn from this place. I will never go anywhere else.”

“This is the second time I have had my boots resoled here. Both boots were well loved and broken in- Sam Edelman boots and just recently my Frye boots. Expertly repaired. The leather on these boots was showing the wear of 10 years and the soles had holes in them. They look brand new- customer service is great, can't go wrong . Quality workmanship and great business. “The store was great we went in to get a pair of dress sneakers for a wedding for a decent price. we had already been looking in tons of store and online with no luck. Everything he likes wasn't in his size and anything that wasn't his size he didn't like. we were in this store for 5 mins and found a pair of shoes that he lived, it was exactly what he was looking for and they were a good price. The cashier also informed us on signing up quickly with the phone number and we saved like another 10 -15% off or we got points I can't remember. We were in a rush, but we're definitely going back to get a few pairs of shoes each. The store was very clean, everything was organized, it was fairly decent size and staff was polite.”

However every once in a while they have a top that catches my eye.That is what happen a new catalog arrive and there were many tops to so I had to go and see for myself. After only 40 minutes I had found 4 new tops to bring home.Why tops? for me I love that they are 100% cotton, the fit is easy and comfortable. Some can be dressed up with a jacket or others worn alone and still look perfect for everyday.”

“Being anchored by the likes of Sears, Forever 21, and JC PENNY how can this place lose? As a bonus to the barren spaces they have security that take extraordinary efforts to keep brown people like me safe. I mean after spotting me by the food court I saw the same security officer as I entered and exited every store, effing amazing. That's the kinda of service reserved for the Royal family. Now don't let me get started on the bathrooms, you could literally eat off those floors.”

“Being a veteran myself, I was looking for a pair of good shoes so I like to talk to fellow Veterans, and one of my brothers and arms recommended that I go to sketches. They are very good discounts for the military plus issues are very comfortable. I was going to a chiropractor and I asked him about the sketcher shoes and he said they were an excellent brand so living in Framingham I decided to check out the one in Milford and that was seven years ago now so since that timeframe I have always purchased sketcher shoes because I have flat feet and I have found from owning a pair of sketcher shoes. They are the best company out there when it comes to making sneakers. Sandals went to boats in clinic works shoes. I got married over five years we met in Milford so while I was living there, I still was going to Sketchers in Milford and I got my wife in there wearing Sketchers shoes also including sneakers and she loves them. Now we live in Ashland and we won’t go anywhere else, but to the Sketchers store in Milford. This is a great store. They have excellent management team there no matter who works there. We always have a great experience with them. Their staff does know their sneakers and shoes. They are very, very friendly. They are also more than willing to help you out plus we like the fact that being affect I do get my veterans discount plus every time you purchase shoes from now, it adds up on points, but most importantly, the shoes and sneakers are the most comfortable in the world. I will not wear anything else and either of my wife but sketcher shoes we would rather go to Milford because we know we’re gonna be treated right by the employees that worked there. I’m a person that used to run and I also like going to the gym with my wife and that’s all we use even from the gym, including running even our sandals that we have now are sketches, including my winter boots, which are very comfortable since I work on concrete all day, so I would highly recommend Sketchers to anyone. You cannot go bad for the price. My wife loves the women’s shoes. She would even recommend sketches to anyone so we both would say together as a couple. No one can make the shoes the way Sketchers can and if you want to be treated right just Milford store is the way to Go. If you’re a veteran, I highly recommend you going to Sketchers cause you won’t look back plus any company that supports Veterans like Sketchers does can’t be all bad. We love the shoes that’s all we’re gonna say.”

“Love this place, the employees are extremely helpful, as they are constantly helping customers and cashing people out. They have to deal with so much that they should probably be getting paid more. Sometimes I come in and there are even huge groups that will leave stuff lying around when they are done, does that stop them from greeting everyone with a smile No!. Half the reviews ive read on here are just people that are upset that the shoes they purchased a while ago are too dirty and we're probably really disrespectful about it, and then, try to twist the nerative in a way that makes the employees the one in the wrong for example im pretty sure there was one guy on here that talked about them almost calling the cops ive never personally heard of anyone getting the cops called on them for being kind and using nice words the whole time just saying. Trust me I work in retail myself so I understand they do verry well.”
