“I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. I got to the Millis store just before their 10 am opening and was welcomed inside by Junaid (Jay) C. Luckily, I was in line for an upgrade, but Jay made the whole process super easy. He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone. The entire time he treated me with humor and respect and was never pushy about upselling products etc. He made a very stressful morning much easier, and I am grateful for his knowledge and help! Thank you!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. It has everything that Hobby lobby and Radio shack use to have. It has all sorts of electronic pieces and parts. Lots of audio, lighting podcasting equipment and also computer parts like fans, old motherboards, all type of circuit boards. The staff were also extremely helpful in giving technical suggestions and sharing past projects. I really hope it stays open since it might not get a lot of traffic. It is a real hidden gem and worth the drive.”

“Just had a great experience getting a new TV at HHS. They first overcame a hurdle that was too much for a certain big box chain store, proving to the extremely cautious management of our new residence, a large condo building, that they had sufficient insurance to be allowed into our building, by filling out the necessary forms, having them endorsed by their insurance company, and very quickly getting them into the hands of building management. Neil at HHS, even after I was ready to buy the particular TV I wanted, took the time to check the manuals of our existing receiver and speakers to make sure the installers knew exactly how to configure everything. Then the installers, Brian and Perfecto, got it set up quickly, with the latter coming back the next day to make some adjustments and show us how to make other ones ourselves if we so choose. All that at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“A company that leads the world in AI technology, still manages to get one thing right thankfully. Customer service is still a necessity in life, always has been, and will always be. My Pixel 9 Pro XL was affected by the green line and the screen was black, making it impossible to use my phone.
Thankfully a live Google store is available in Boston, with helpful and professionally competent staff. The technician that serviced my phone named Wednesday, was confident and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I'm so greatful for his help in fixing my phone and it looks and works amazing.

“A t-mobile customer for 20+ years. I have been coming to the Mattapan store since it opened. I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience. Sometimes the wait is long and patience is important. Once you get to the customer service experts you are getting expert service. I was in the Mattapan store for almost 3 hours today needing to take care of multiple account issues including having to have to cancel an account of my deceased mom. The service I received from Melo is exceptional he was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. Before ending my review I have to comment on an experience I had a couple of weeks ago where my phone completely died and I panicked as it was in the middle of a very stressful schedule. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by Gene who took care of the problem I was in and out in 10 minutes with my phone problem resolved. Jimmy's politeness stands out. Chris's persistence on resolving your problem is reassuring that customer service is important.
