“Scott was incredible. I had a bedframe with
NO HARDWARE
NO MANUAL
NO RFFERENCE
and Scott stuck with it! I left with 30 something screws and a totally uplifted spirit. I didn't even get to pet the cat!
I can't wait to make this my regular hardware store! (side note: either employee I saw could also advise one on fashion. I guarantee it. It's in the details.)

“One of the window box brackets on my house finally broke after 20 years. I wanted to replace it with something similar. Thinking I could maybe find ones of a similar size, I brought the remaining bracket to Florence Hardware and showed it to them. They led me through the labyrinth and FOUND ME THE EXACT SAME BRACKETS. From 2 decades ago. This place/these lovely folks are a bit magical...”
“Good service the only thing the have to fix the parking lot to many pothole and one day I’m parked in front of the store open my car door soon I’m touching the ground my feet going deep in the freezing water big pothole i hope they fix that parking when winter is over”
