“Amazing service, and a surprising selection for a hardware store. Plus, when we couldn't find what we needed, the owner, Beth, was able to order it for us! 10/5 stars ?”

“Scott was incredible. I had a bedframe with NO HARDWARE NO MANUAL NO RFFERENCE and Scott stuck with it! I left with 30 something screws and a totally uplifted spirit. I didn't even get to pet the cat! I can't wait to make this my regular hardware store! (side note: either employee I saw could also advise one on fashion. I guarantee it. It's in the details.) Five stars. Would shop again #givescottaraise”

“One of the window box brackets on my house finally broke after 20 years. I wanted to replace it with something similar. Thinking I could maybe find ones of a similar size, I brought the remaining bracket to Florence Hardware and showed it to them. They led me through the labyrinth and FOUND ME THE EXACT SAME BRACKETS. From 2 decades ago. This place/these lovely folks are a bit magical...”

“An Ashfield institution. A great source for projects and things for the home. The owners are personable and eager to help, and there are always little, unexpected extras tucked away in the aisles. Even a rack of vintage Hawaiian shirts in the summer.”

“I need a new faucet for our kitchen, and I need it now. People at Home Depot suggested this company. I was absolutely desperate to find what I needed in time to arrange the replacement this coming Friday. I didn't have an appointment (didn't know I needed one), but Michelle brought me in anyway. She bent over backwards to help me, even though my requirements and assumptions changed several times during the visit. What a patient, knowledgeable, and capable group. Thank you so much! I'll be using the services of this company from now on!”
