“The reservation center by phone gave me the wrong price for a 2 day rental and they made the reservation for the wrong day & the wrong number of days. The on-site representatives were great and fixed the reservations but could not help me with the rental rate. Due to that incorrect rate, I needed to change the number of days for the rental. The representatives at the Lexington,MA Enterprise were great. Both were kind, understanding, helpful & nice. Please fix your phone reservation center system!”

I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. But at the Hertz at 831 Rogers St in lowell Shevone will go the extra mile with a smile. Thanks for the great work Shevonne!!!!”

“My insurance agency set me up with another car rental company who wanted to charge me extra for the rental each day. I told my company to find a car rental place within my policy and that place was Hertz! Initially, the rental car I received had a strong smoke smell, which was tough since I'm a non-smoker. The heat on the day I picked it up made it worse, but the staff at Hertz were great. It took me a couple of days to get over there to swap out the vehicle but when I did, they upgraded my vehicle. When I returned it, the attendant even went out of his way to thank me for keeping it clean. Excellent customer service! Even though my insurance paid for this rental, I would definitely return here for any rental needs.”

“ZACH at the Wilmington location was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I had an absolutely fantastic experience! Despite the location unexpectedly closing and challenges getting vehicles from other locations, He went above and beyond to help me when they didn’t have the car I originally reserved. Instead of just leaving me with limited options, he took the time to find me an even BETTER vehicle and was even able to offer me a discount for the inconvenience! I was going on a long drive out of state to bring my daughter to a concert and originally booked an SUV, but Zach found me a great Sedan with a large trunk space to fit the luggage I needed to bring! Zach's customer service, professionalism, problem-solving and willingness to genuinely help made SUCH a difference. He turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who actually takes the extra step to make sure a customer is taken care of! Enterprise is lucky to have such a fantastic employee like Zach! He is truly an asset to the company. I greatly appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend him & the Enterprise in Wilmington to anyone renting a car!”
