George B. greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. As soon as I explained all of the above, he took right over & went to work finding me the right phone, step by step, sometimes having to repeat & show me how to do things. Thankfully he has a nice calm, patient, reassuring manner and me being a newby senior, I desperately needed all of that. He explains everything clearly & is very knowledgeable. “I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. I got to the Millis store just before their 10 am opening and was welcomed inside by Junaid (Jay) C. Luckily, I was in line for an upgrade, but Jay made the whole process super easy. He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone. The entire time he treated me with humor and respect and was never pushy about upselling products etc. He made a very stressful morning much easier, and I am grateful for his knowledge and help! Thank you!”

Phones which were still on Verizon, unable to connect new phones so off I went to FRANKLIN AT&T
