“Appreciate Miss Felicia for her friendly customer service, appreciate the fellas that helped me load my sofa, and end table on the truck, I'm disabled and can't lift furniture no longer. Didn't like that Miss Felicia had asked an associate to move my recliner to the back where I loaded my sofa and he failed to listen to her and I had to make another unnecessary trip to the reStore to avoid losing my recliner. Other than that unpleasant experience I appreciate Miss Felicia and the staff ????”

“I just want to highlight the phenomenal food stand. everything is made fresh right there on the flat top, and you can get burgers. it is much better than the old hot dog stands that used to be at hardware stores. This has become the deciding factor between menards and home depot for me.”

“Home Depot is the store I usually go to for home maintenance. It is well stocked and usually has everything. I am looking for. If I can not find something I look for a person who works there and then he or she helps me. If I needed help loading anything, there is always someone to help lift and put things in my car.It is a great place for senior citizens because the staff is knowledgeable and eager to help you”

“I usually have a good experience at the store.Corporate is not so good, I don’t know if they just go with cheap vendors to handle their home deliveries but I bought cabinets for new kitchen here, we love them but the delivery was terrible, multiple of the cabinets were broken and chipped, not too bad, Lowe’s replaced them with new ones, problem is when we finally had it delivered, they were the wrong ones, ours were still in the warehouse, they told us we could get it re-delivered in a week but we couldn’t wait that long anymore so we had to drive ourselves to the warehouse to pick it up, I asked corporate for a refund on my delivery fee since I had to pick it up myself, I’m still waiting for my refund, almost two years later”

Restrooms available. Free parking lot with plenty of parking. Little bit of nearly anything for home and garden.”

“My 5 stars goes to Rick who spent way too much of his time today helping me figure out what kind of ceramic tile to purchase for my bathroom project. He figured out how much I'd need with a few of my bad measurements and an iPhone photo-- helped me get the grout, and all of the other stuff involved that we'd need as well. I know I came in with little understanding of what I was there to pick up, and Rick helped with all of it and not once made me feel like I was annoying him (even though I'm sure I was!) Thanks so much, Rick! You made this a lot less painful!”

“Menards is setup for a DIYers to find what they need in the quantity and size format, such as, shelving material, trim molding, and all types of wood panels. The store doesn't feel overwhelming like other home improvement stores. I do wish they would switch to submitting the rebate forms online , but you know that would mean more patrons would actually get rebates.”
