“It is nice to have a local store where I can try on athletic shoes. Each brand has different sizing and ordering online does not work. The sales’ staff is fun and friendly and it is a pleasant experience to shop at Fleet Feet!

I need to add to this review! I made a big mistake, that involved me needing to return brand new shoes, but WAY past their deadline. I told them I would understand if the answer was no. But they listened to me and understood what happened-totally my fault. (These were shoes I had tucked away for the summer.) The two excellent clerks were in a tough position. They don't get to make these decisions. But one of them texted their boss, and they agreed that in this case a store credit would be appropriate. They did not have to do that, but they recognized me as a regular customer and wanted to make it good for me.
I try very hard to support local businesses, and this business will see me over and over again, and I will be recommending them to all my friends!”
“I visited this location on a busy Saturday afternoon looking to buy new running shoes. Paul did a great job explaining my feet scan to me, as well as answering a few of my running technique questions. So far I am loving my new On shoes! I would not hesitate to buy my next pair of shoes from this store and Paul.”

“I had great experience with D&D in Ann Arbor, both Mike and especially Noah are knowledgeable technicians, Mike adjusted my front derailleur free of charge and it worked perfectly. Noah went from inspecting used bike I planned on purchasing, all the way to replacing cables, chain, adjustment of everything, and without even expecting from me he cleaned the bike to amazing condition. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone, unlike some other bike shops in town. Also, prices were reasonable.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!”

“I went in to buy new running shoes on Saturday 2/9 and didn’t catch the name of the employee helping in the shoe department, but he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I usually don’t shop at DSG for running shoes as I feel there’s a lack of customer service but this employee proved me wrong. He was also helping several other customers out at the same time, offering advice, checking up on us, and answering any questions we had. Just wanted to give a shoutout to him!”

“I'm a little late writing this review but I was in the shop over the summer when I realized that the running sneakers I had were not cutting it. A young man guided me through the selection of trail runners and explained the benefits and features. I ended up walking away with a pair of Topo running shoes that I was not so sure about, but that feeling went away quickly when I resumed my daily walks. Thank you for recommending such an awesome comfortable shoe!”
