“I came into the store with little to zero knowledge about running, but had an idea of what I was looking for shoe wise. I met John and he was super helpful when I explained to him the issues I was having with my New Balance Rebel V3s, and he let me try on five stable pairs before I decided with the one that was most comfortable. John is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back again.”

“It is nice to have a local store where I can try on athletic shoes. Each brand has different sizing and ordering online does not work. The sales’ staff is fun and friendly and it is a pleasant experience to shop at Fleet Feet! Nov. 13, 2025 I need to add to this review! I made a big mistake, that involved me needing to return brand new shoes, but WAY past their deadline. I told them I would understand if the answer was no. But they listened to me and understood what happened-totally my fault. (These were shoes I had tucked away for the summer.) The two excellent clerks were in a tough position. They don't get to make these decisions. But one of them texted their boss, and they agreed that in this case a store credit would be appropriate. They did not have to do that, but they recognized me as a regular customer and wanted to make it good for me. I try very hard to support local businesses, and this business will see me over and over again, and I will be recommending them to all my friends!”

“I visited this location on a busy Saturday afternoon looking to buy new running shoes. Paul did a great job explaining my feet scan to me, as well as answering a few of my running technique questions. So far I am loving my new On shoes! I would not hesitate to buy my next pair of shoes from this store and Paul.”

“Excellent experience!! I placed a pick up order for a hoodie and a reusable bag as a birthday gift. When I came to pick it up, they put the hoodie in the bag AND put gift tissue in the bag!! I loved it so much, it saved me from needing to run into Marshall’s to get gift tissue to do exactly this!! I was SO short on time, I couldn’t even go to the store for milk so my friend gave me milk in a mason jar and I taped ice packs around it assuming I’d be in Marshall’s getting tissue paper and we all know how long the line in there gets. Thank you to rally house for doing that so I never needed to go anywhere else, all in one stop and my milk survived!!! Thank you omg!!”

“The store is beautifully laid out, which makes it very easy to browse the product. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; and able to provide information and advice about each piece of clothing. I described my needs and was provided with a recommendation for the right items pertaining to my outdoor work. The clothing is incredibly well made, comfortable and has been working great!”

“Tucked back deep into the mall, it can be a little tough to find as the mall maps are not very helpful. It's a little smaller than some stores I've been too, but they had what I needed and the employee was nice and helpful.”

“Went in the shop 5 minutes before closing with my derailleur binding. The worker did a quick diagnosis and found that the only issue was a broken link in my chain. Very fast and professional service, I was in and out with a diagnosis and new part before closing!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!”

“This Dick's store is large, beautiful, clean, and uncluttered. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Chay is outstanding, and the man in the shoe department was nice; however, once he provided us with a few different shoes to try on, he disappeared. We purchased one pair of Hoka shoes and had he been available, we would have purchased two pairs.”
