“For the life of us, we couldn't get this pop up to stop popping up. We went into every app downloaded and fixed the settings but the pop up still continued. I was getting frustrated until we went into the store and the gentleman had fixed im the pop up issue within 15 minutes! He explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself. “I ordered an upgraded wireless internet gateway via the app and didn't get any guidance on returning the old one. Called customer service and they said to drop it at this location. Turns out that's not exactly the protocol.
KaRon was excellent to work with. Sorted out the return of the old internet device. While we were on with central customer service sorting that out, he saw that he could get me a new iPhone, lower my monthly bill by a little, and save me money on Netflix/HBO.”
