“Konnor (Brunette) did an excellent job of providing friendly, prompt and customer-oriented service during my recent rental. Konnor arranged for transportation to and from the office, provided complete contact information and kindly printed a rental agreement for me to have in the vehicle. I strongly recommend Konnor for one's rental needs and hope she is available the next time I rent from Enterprise!”

“Yousef was super professional. He called in advance of the rental. The representative at the counter when I arrived was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. Out of all my car rental experiences (50+ in last 7-10 years) this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. I wish there were folks like Yousef and his colleague at every car rental counter. I will only rent from Enterprise going forward.”

“Wrote them for a major concern i had and never got a reply or call back . Last choice moving forward. Hi Avis!! And Yep still nothing ! NEWS flash!! 3 months later I got an email and they returned half of what I left behind in a rental car. New in the box was not returned but what meant most to me was returned. I normally have all my stuff in some kind of backpack or luggage. Lesson learned. Still some good out there..”
