“Can't recommend this shop strongly enough. I've taken different vehicles in for different problems and they are always above board fair and get the job done at reasonable price. The last issue I had was an electrical issue that was complicated with some after market parts from a previous accident. They were able to find a solution and charged me the original estimate, despite the fact that they had to spend a lot more time than expected to pin point the problem. They perform over and above any other garage I've used before.”
“Had an unknown tire issue I short-term patched with fix-a-flat. Tried another place nearby but they weren’t able to fit me in. These folks got me in right away, found the nail in my tire, and were able to get a replacement tire to arrive the next day, which they slapped on at a fair price and I was right as rain.

“Great car wash, friendly staff. Vacuums don’t always work so hope you pick a good one! 4/5 times the soap in the wash leaves some residue on my windows but a bit of a polish with a microfiber cloth will take that off. Overall, would recommend this business.”

“Have had 5 Star service in years past. First place I'd go to for transmission work in SW Michigan. Disappointment was that they will not service (change filter/trans fluid) my 2018 Ford F-150 10 speed transmission due to difficulty of performing job. Bummed! Recommending I contact dealer.”

“Top not customer service, repair work and pricing. Jim the owner is remarkably fair and honest, easy to talk to and explains issues in an easy to understand manner. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. We’ve been taking our cars here for 7+ years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help throughout the years!”

“Had my car serviced today to replace my front brakes and an also get an oil change. I first reached out when I was told that I needed rear shocks AND front brakes replaced. I was quoted under the amount quoted by several other places and when I took my car in for a look over, I was told that I only needed my brakes replaced. I experienced the service of an honest and competent mechanic who is not looking to take advantage of customers and it's very common to have that happen, especially to a woman! I will bring ALL my car related needs here going forward!”

I had gotten an oil change at the St. Joe location and came to Benton Harbor to redeem my car wash coupon, but the machine was giving me an error. Multiple team members noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked if I needed help. They all worked together to get everything sorted out quickly and gave me a new code with no hassle. “My wife and I were traveling and went to Warren Dunes Beach and on the way I got an indicator that my front passenger side tire was low. After we hiked and enjoyed some beach time the indicator was even lower when we left. I feared we had a slow leak. We called Bryan's and they said come on by and we'll check it for you. They took the car right in and put it up and checked the tire but didn't find a problem. They even checked the other tires and added some air where needed. The wonderful man who checked it all out didn't charge us anything. Service like this is rare these days. Thank you Bryan's Tire for easing our minds and being so nice and customer friendly!”

“I can only say this. Every person I delt with at this dealership were very professional. The did what they said they would do and quite frankly did a bit more. The GM even got involved with my issue. In a matter of minutes he had the issue resolved. The car was taken to the detail dept. It took over an hour, but the car looked like it just came off the assembly line when they returned it to me. A great experience. The new car sales mgr spent a lot of time with me and my wife. The salesman was on top of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership. A good solid experience. Well done guys.”
